    Our goal is to leverage mHealth Apps to drive better lifestylechanges for patients and greater communication between

    Current Patient-Centric System focuses solely on self-diagnosis/self-treatment

    Disconnect between primary care physicians and theadherence to prescribed advice to their patients.

    Initial target market will be the adolescent and adultpopulation ailing from Diabetes (There are 22 other chronic micro-
