PROGRAM RATIONALEThe Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC)

carries out the Licensure Examination for Teachers twice a year. The said examination is

given in one-day schedule covering all the general, professional and major subjects in

teachers education based on CHED Memorandum.

Teacher graduates intending to take the Licensure Examination are prioritized to undergo this program. The review will be scheduled months prior to the date of the examinations. RULES AND REGULATIONSRULES AND REGULATIONS1. FULL PAYMENT should be given one week after the first day of the review

class, failure to do so, will automatically cancel the student/ reviewee from the list of reviewees.

2. The Five Hundred (P500) pesos Reservation Fee for the Criminology, Nursing, CGFNS/ NCLEX, LET, Medical Technologist and Physical Therapy/ OT is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. If potential reviewees decided rather to review on the next season, the amount deposited will still be considered, as a deposit, but if the reviewee fails to enroll or decides to continue, the deposited amount will not be refunded.

3. Each reviewee will be provided an ID card with a payment of P50.00. The reviewee must at all times wear his/her ID at the premises of the Review Center and during the review class. Any student who does not wear his/ her ID, will not be permitted to enter the lecture room.

LOST ID’s: A reviewee who lost his/her ID card will be charged of two hundred (P200.00) pesos for the replacement.

ID’s will only be valid until the date stated on the ID card.

4. Absences/Tardiness: Absenteeism is strongly discouraged. A reviewee with a cumulative of THREE

(3) days absence will be automatically dropped from the review. Five (5) times cumulative tardiness (30 minutes after) will be automatically

dropped. Doors will be locked after 30 minutes the lecture will start. In case of emergency or illness that absence cannot be avoided, the

reviewee should submit a medical certificate or a letter the following day addressed to the St. Louis Review Center Office, failure to submit the stated requirement, the absences will then be counted.

5. Every Exam Scores must be submitted to the SLRC Office.6. No tape-recording, No short pants, sandals and tube dresses during the

review class.7. Cell phones should be turned off or put in silent mode during the review

class.8. Please observe cleanliness inside the lecture room, comfort room & lobby.Remember: Your commitment in preparation for this crucial

examination needs SACRIFICE!
