What we do “TRAINING LUXURY” is an international company with a group of specialists in training and coaching in the luxury industry. We are specialized in training programs aimed to achieve excellent customer experience and business growth in retail. For us “ Training Luxury” means to prepare people in the retail and service areas to exceed expectations and to improve team cooperation. Our courses are experiential as participants explore and live the contents of the course. Our training programs are practical and yet, they have a solid research background from Neuroscience to Neuro marketing, from participative management to innovation and entrepreneurship. Topics and activities are designed to fit each client’s situation and industry. This allows people to practice real-life situations, in a safe and confidential environment. That is why, every single course is created custom made for our clients and we do not offer any course as a static, “ready to wear” product. Company Representative !- Renato Mosca-

Renato Mosca Renato Mosca (Italian) is the Founder and Senior Partner of Training Luxury. Graduated in Political Sciences at the University of Oriental Studies in Napoli (Italy), worked both as Head of Retail in Japan and Iberia and as “Group Retail Training Manager” for Ermenegildo Zegna, developing leadership and sales programs aimed to create a customer centric organization. His multicultural experience achieved by working in all continents, makes for him natural to embrace people from different cultures. Renato is credible, open minded and passionate about people and luxury products. He fluently speaks five languages (English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese) and delivers Luxury programs all around the world. Among his training success stories there are companies as Apple, Prada, MiuMiu, L’Oreal Luxury Div., Capri Palace, Ermenegildo Zegna, Loro Piana, Carolina Herrera, Saint Laurent, De Rigo, Fast Retailing, Purificación Garcia, Luxottica, Aïshti, Chaloub Group, Mercury, Rodeo Drive, Rubaiyat. He has also trained the management of companies as GE, Tetrapak, Credit Agricole, Marina Port Vell, Eurotherm, Pfizer, Novartis, Sanofi among the others. He teaches luxury retail management at the University of Barcelona and IED Barcelona. He is professor invited on luxury brand management at IESE MBA, IESEG of Paris, Università Cattolica of Milan, Rikkyo University of Tokyo, IUM of Monaco; Ecole of Management of Grenoble and Eserp Business School of Barcelona. Renato has been invited as expert on Luxury goods in international conventions.

Daniele Perchiazzi

Daniele Perchiazzi is “Learning and Development Director” of Training Luxury. Graduated at the Faculty of Architecture at Politecnico di Milano, he’s based in the UK. Daniele has worked his entire career in the luxury industry with significant management experience both in market development and in luxury retail. As product Manager of Amati Luxury (luxury Italian made furniture), he's also been in charge of the expansion of   the business in the UK,  the Netherlands and Norwegian market. In luxury retail he has worked in London for some of the most prestigious brands (Ermenegildo Zegna Harrods, Dolce&Gabbana, Louis Vuitton) gaining deep knowledge about operations and staff management. The possibility to manage personnel during his career as a manager has fomented Daniele's interest in people, their empowerment, their release from limiting beliefs aimed to achieve their professional goals. That’s why Daniele decided to dedicate his studies to people development by achieving a full qualification in DISC and MBTI Practitioner (Oxford Psychology Press) and Licensed NLP Trainer (The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming of Richard Bandler). Since 2012 Daniele works as Corporate and Executive Coach and Trainer with mid-senior management people in Retail industry ,Finance, Insurance and Banking.
