EFFECTIVE WAYS OF COMMUNICATION

To have an effective communication, one must keep the slides concise and precise. One should not be so verbose that audience gets fed up and started getting bore. To have a better presentation you should use bullet points instead of whole paragraph, highlight your points, change the colors, mark some data and figures. However whatever we say here doesn’t matter , because you are never going to read this. Moreover, when you want to present any data or trend, you should use charts, graphs, videos, audios, animation to make your presentation live. Besides you should keep you presentation as interactive as you can. It will help to catch the attention of audience and you can get the instant feedback.

CORRECT WAYS

• Use bullet points

• Pictorial representation using images and graph

• Include audio and video

• Highlight important points

• Engaging and interactive
