SIVA SF- A leadership oriented network organisation
SIVA SF is an organisation owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry. It is divided into six main work areas: head department, real estate, international, innovation, travel destination development, and industry. All of these areas work consists of leadership, real estate investments, facilitate innovation and incubator systems and enhance the importance of networking within business. Thus, these five departments work closely together in Norway. Travel destination development is especially targeted for development within Norway, and thus has its own department.
SIVA TECH AS is the operator for SIVA SF working internationally.

Norwegian Centre of Expertise:
- Program developed by SIVA, Norwegian Research Council and Innovation Norway.
- Supports innovation activities in regional connection, through cooperation between businesses, scientists, universities and municipalities.

Russia• New business centre in Murmansk for
Norwegian SMEs is establishment. The business centre with focus on logistic services is named Techno park –Nor and is situated in the close proximity to Murmansk airport with opportunity for storage and transportation of goods by air, sea, railway and road.
