CHAIN CONVEYORS. Ideal for a handling in feeding to theprocessing machines . The conveyor is very versatile thanks tohorizontal and vertical curves. Available in various sizes , it is'possible to make ascents and descents with the help ofdedicated inserts on the chain . The chain conveyors isavailable with anodized aluminum frame and stainless steelAISI 304

PALLET CONVEYORS. Roller conveyors with a capacity up to 1500kg standard widths of 800 , 1000 and 1200. The rolls are providedwith a diameter 89 and are driven to the chain links . Standardmodules are available with 1588mm length for handling palletszero accumulation . The control system is controlled by PLC andoperator interface touch.

PACKAGING LINE. The wrapping line chocolate bars , uses a combination of belt conveyors and modular belts . The belts feed the shrink machines and packaging cardboard while the layout configuration ensures the necessary accumulations for the buffering of the pieces .

HANDLING LINE. The handling line panels, uses acombination of belt conveyors and motorized rollerconveyors. Elevators motorized platform, available inanodized aluminum or sturdy metal, ensure productivity of20 missions per minute. The control system of the entire lineis controlled by PLC and operator interface touch screen .

MODULAR CHAIN CONVEYORS. Ideal for a handling in feedingto the processing machines. In the exposed configuration, therelay transport takes place on pallets. The pallet is theinterface between the conveyor and the workpiece handled .Thanks to its use, can be transported materials, accumulating,directing interlocked with logic to existing systems. And ispossible to study the layout which guarantees a sufficientaccumulation for production buffering .

MODULAR BELTS. Modular belts are used where the sanitationof equipment is required. The plastic modular belts areassembled into a typical brick configuration. This feature allowsthe building of tapes of any width and length. The belts acrossthe width, can also be made with porters and integrated side railson the tape and are available with anodized aluminum frame andstainless steel AISI 304 sanitized and / or painted .

SWITCH PALLETE LINE. ELEVATORE. Ideal for handling a high altitude , guarantee thetransport to motorized loader or continuously withretractable floors. Are used for the transport of boxes,cartons , trays etc .. Available size of 400-600-800 , it ensuresa high productivity and minimum maintenance. The elevatoris available with anodized aluminum frame and stainless steelAISI 304 sanitized .

ELEVATOR SPRIRAL CONVEYORS. Ideal when it is required asmall footprint and a discreet accumulation, working withmodular chain continuously and collects materials from aminimum of 600 mm height it is at a mazx of 5000mm. Areused for the transport of boxes, cartons , trays etc .. Availablesize of 400-600-800, it ensures a high productivity andminimum maintenance. The elevator spiral conveyirs isavailable with anodized aluminum frame and stainless steelAISI 304 sanitized .

CONVEYORS BELTS. They are conveyors that are used for thetransport of bulk materials and cartons. They are normallyequipped creeping carpet PVC with canvas inserts. They canbe supplied with drum motor head or shaft motor. The widthof a minimum of 150mm up to 1600mm. The length is afunction of the load transported. They are available withframe painted or stainless steel.

ROLLER CONVEYORS. Are conveyors that are used for thetransport of boxes, containers, platforms etc .. They areequipped with rollers of 50-63-89 diameter and can besupplied with drum motor or pendular gearmotor. Thetransmission is in the middle lower straps for accumulationor to the chain links. The accumulation is guaranteed up tolengths of single motor 20m. Optionally you can provideTransporters with friction rollers. The width of a minimum of250mm up to 1600mm reach. The length is a function of theload transported . They are available with frame painted orstainless steel.
