The TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP ENGINEERING (TLE) programme will an exclu-sively designed leadership-training programme by ASKhrdf™ peer master trainers team. This out-of-the-box thinking leadership program is promised with testing of mental strength, emotion crisis management and testing of tolerance level at best. TLE leadership workshop is a programme of experiential learning and personal

Leadership Transformational. The workshop shall engage instant feedback mechanisms and lead full debrie�ngs to hammer in the learning objectives of each activity – participants will experience tangible results on the spot through ENTERPRENUER leadership mindset in them. The TLE programme will covers various topics from personal leadership development, team building and Organizational Leadership within your organization. Will it be like any other Leadership Training Program? No, this is not a pen and paper, white board and marker programme that has you sitting around all day (what’s very “experiential” about that?).

In the same way you learned to walk by picking yourself up and taking it a step at a time, you will learn to be a leader by leading. The TLE program will have 2 Activities (1) 30hours In-door session (2) 12km Team Building Obstacle Race (combining with 50 other corporate teams in Malaysia).

The 30hours indoor program consists of Treasure Hunt, Seminar, Team & Individual Event, Crisis Management program and many others. The entire training session is plan carefully with high-impact presentation by the course trainers – and sleeping in NOT in the itinerary. The real-world application and sustainability tools, com-bined with the learning and practice opportunities o�ered during the workshop, give leaders in your organiza-tion the skills, the Entrepreneur mindset and con�dence they need to excel in their role.

RUGGEDIAN OBSTACLE ADVENTURE RACE (ROAR) 2021 TEAM BUILDING is an amateur event with Team Building modules are evident. The ROAR Corporate Team Building challenge is held through a sporting event day, participation by Corporate Teams consisting of a minimum of 8 to 12 team members per company.

a team and winning the race within stipulated time provided. No team is a loser in this event.

This effective team development is an intensive programme for the overall team; from junior level to managerial level.

How this ROAR Team Building works ?

• Each team members will represent their corporate brand or company minimum 8 to 12 persons per team comprising all genders• Each team will participate in a 8km obstacle race competing for the Corporate Trophy as winner against others corporate teams at each state – we call this the RACE DAY• Through such concept, we can ensure total team-work idea is imminent• During the race, each team members MUST ensure their team-mates to complete the

same time. This module will teach the team members leadership qualities, timing, understanding, tolerance and communication.

• Each team member will be awarded with FINISHER medal at the end of the race.• Your team will achieve outcomes from this course that are far beyond those conventional team building.• This course helps to unveil the full potential of both the individual leader and members. and the group as a whole.• Through this programme, the teams’ group productivity will be boosted and resulting in a happy and energetic team.
