Great news!
• Microsoft (MS) Office 2007 and • MS Internet Explorer (IE7)
Installed in all classrooms in the Sydney Institute over the coming December
vacation!
Office 2007 for staff
• PCs for teaching staff will be upgraded at the beginning of 2008
• Other staff will be able to “opt in” and upgrade to Office 2007 during 2008
Differences
MS Office 2007 has some differences to MS Office 2003
• look and feel and
• compatibility issues when documents are transferred
• Electronic ECs and Clams

2003 program interface
Guides that display the 2003 program interface so you can hover your mouse over an option and receive a popup that tells you where to find the command in the 2007 version are available
