From that first experience in the mat, her love and passion for yoga began. She realized yoga provided a release from stress and anxiety and wanted to share this gift with others. Kristie has always had a special bond with dogs and discovered she could combine her love of yoga with her furry friends and thus started instructing DOGA (yoga with your dog) She loves handstands and inversions but appreciates the fundamental principles of the yoga practice as well. Sharing the gift has always guided Kristie’s life choices.
