To prepare vector layers of drainages, Roads and contours with the help of cadastral map and toposheet.

Methodology

Create cluster polygons by using Xtool Pro in ArcGIS software

Convert polygons in cluster.kml grid file by Xtool Pro and download the image

Geo reference the downloaded image by help of cluster polygons grid

Geo reference the cadastral Map by using the Download image witch is already Geo reference

Then I have started the digitization of cadastral map and made personal Geodatabase

Georeference is the process through which a digital map is associated with real geographical coordinates.

With the help of Download image there is 10 to 20 point is selected for georeference of the cadastral map

Personal Geodatabase

Purpose All files relating to a project can be stored

into the geodatabase file, making it easier to organize and transfer data if necessary.

Both the geographic files and the tabular data can reside within a single geodatabase.

Digitization of Toposheet was done with manual hand tracing of the lines on the computer screen, using the scanned raster image in the backdrop.
