Barry Johnson and Cindy WigglesworthSome complex problems simply do not have “solutions.” Th e key to being an eff ective leader is being able to recognize and manage such problems. Polarity management presents a unique model that will challenge you to look at situations in new ways. In his latest book, Th riving Congregations Manage Eight Polarities Well, Barry applies polarity management to the lives of Christian faith communities.

Cindy Wigglesworth, founder of Conscious Pursuits, Inc., is passion-ate about the integration of people’s spiritual and work lives.
