The Title

Asking my audience for an idea for the title allows me to see what they think is a

good title, which then gives me good

Ideas for my Title. Lots of people couldnt

think of a name for my magazine but the

name with the highest percentage is The

Music store, so I am going to use this as

my magazine masthead because it is

what my audience agrees is the best.

Would you want a magazine?

This informs me on how I should design my magazine because as shown

by the evidence I have produced, it

suggests that I should have a music

magazine. This means I can design my

magazine with the colours, pictures and

magazine which relates to the genre of

music. For example I can now include

images of instruments and dependent on

the article/genre I can include different

fonts and colour, heavy metal would be

very dark with blacks and reds.

Genre of the Magazine

knowing what genre my audience wants informs me on what genre of

music I should choose and concentrate,

in this case it is Rock, with 70% of

people, but being able to see what other

people want like Drum and Base allows

me to be able to put small amounts of

information on those genre to attract a

larger audience. This could also link to

the idea of changing genre each week.

Image data helps me because it gives me idea of what people want to include in my

magazine, my audience wants to see

celebrities and mainly instruments and with

the genre mainly being Rock this gives me a

good idea of the kind of images I will use

and the also the layout of my magazine.

Genre Change each week

This piece of data suggests that my audience do not want me to change my genre

each week. This could mean that I could

change it monthly possibly but I have

interpreted it as my audience does not want

the genre to change at all. This links the

variety of genre Data because although I will

stick to one genre I could include small

snippets of other music genres.

Using A Modern or Old Style

My audience couldnt decide whether or

not I should use a modern or old style, so I

am going to choose to go for an old style

but also include some aspect of new to

meet the needs of the other half of my

audience. This helps my design because it

gives me some guide lines to follow to give

my magazine an old style.
