FIDE RATING: Premium members will be given a student’s starting ratingand after one year’s training will get a graduation rating.

To avoid any problem of rating inflation a small committeeof experts under the chairmanship of FIDE will determinethe maximum “safe” starting figure. We will be pleased tobe on this committee to express our needs!
