Appendix 1. Case study – SuccessFactors
Nik Foad, Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA
SuccessFactors continues to enjoy sales success throughout EMEA – growth is high on our agenda and never before has the Internal Talent Acquisition Team been more directly in the spotlight.
Within EMEA our latest growth area is the initiation of a new Sales Office for our Small Business Division – Stars. We opened our offices in April with targeted plans for growing a team of 15+ sales people to develop sales activity across EMEA. The cost of such an initiative is high and a quick ramp up to business success is important.
Dublin was not chosen by accident – it has a strong resource pool of suitable candidates to populate our new Division, but how to do this quickly, professionally and with minimal cost?
LinkedIn proved its power and position as a key tool within our search capability.
LinkedIn Recruiter delivered:
Accurate and fast visibility to candidates via the Advanced Search capability
Positive management of the recruitment campaign via Project creation
Fast approach activity via the bulk InMail capability
Outcome:
Dublin knows SuccessFactors is recruiting - with over 250 professional approaches made so far - this activity in itself created referrals.
SuccessFactors has hired the first wave of recruits and has pipeline for wave 2 – ready to go.
No agency fees incurred (cost saving of approx. 10k Euros per hire)
We have been able to professionally control all messaging through bulk InMail and track all activity for recruitment and pipeline development with the Project functionality of the Recruiter tool.
This project is running using just one Talent resource – already responsible for 5 parallel projects.
