BUILDING INSPECTOR'S REPORT
Inspector Stolarz presented his report (attached).
Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by President Gambol andseconded by Director Barreras, it was
RESOLVED to approve the costs associated with cleaning the overhangand porch ceilings of resident's units of dirt, soot, and perceived mildew.
The MOTION passed unanimously.

Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by Secretary Brennan andseconded by Director Stone, it was
RESOLVED to delay authorizing work to begin with the Fire Avert contractuntil the COVID 19 pandemic abates and electrical service upgrades havebeen made.
The MOTION passed unanimously.
Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by Director Barreras andseconded by Director Luther-Stark, it was
RESOLVED to approve dry rot bids from BA Construction for a labor costof $42.00 an hour, with a not to exceed of $40,000.00. Funds to come fromResen/es.
The MOTION passed with one "no" vote (Stone).
Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by Director Luther-Stark andseconded by Director Barreras, it was
RESOLVED to approve 17 laundry room cork-boards at an estimated costfor material $25.00 each, labor $21.00 each by Service Maintenance. Fundsto come from Operating Service Funds at a total cost not to exceed $850.00.
The MOTION passed unanimously.

RESOLVED to approve to amend Policy 7415.01- Patio, Porch and GolfPads on a preliminary basis until the 28-day posting period is completed.The policies will be ratified at the next scheduled meeting and if the Boardreceives no comments.

Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by President Gambol andseconded by Vice President Cho, it was
RESOLVED to acknowledge, per the requirements of the CivilCode Section 5500(a)-(f), a review of the reconciliations of theoperating and reserve accounts, operating revenues andexpenses compared to the current year's budget, statementsprepared by the financial institutions where the mutual has itsoperating and reserve accounts, and income and expensestatement for the Mutual's operating and reserve accounts,the check registers, monthly general ledger and delinquentassessment receivable reports for the months of June 2020.
The MOTION passed with one "no" vote (Stone) and one "abstention" (Barreras).
Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by Director Stone andseconded by Director Tous, it was
RESOLVED to require shareholders to pay "upfront" any costs associatedfor "upgrades" to replacement appliances in their units.
The MOTION passed unanimously.
Following a discussion and upon a MOTION duly made by President Gambol andseconded by CFO Potterton, it was
RESOLVED to approve the purchase of a coin/roller machine andsupplies to provide quarters to Mutual 1 residents.
The MOTION passed unanimously.
