A couple days after the October 2, 2009 celebration of the 60th anniversary of Chinese communism the partnership learned of a gruesome deployment of stealth cognition technologies on an innocent. While it thoroughly shocked the coalition, President Obama and his cabinet, military and intelligence appointees engaged in

disingenuous diplomacy to condemn it and unabashedly continued to piggyback on the R&D having just observed how powerful a capability it is to suspend free will and cause victims to desire suicide by the most painful means possible. The pressing question who else besides two U.S. presidents and their cabinet, military and intelligence appointees are culpable won’t be resolved until MK-Ultra Gate goes public and inquiries are held in every

one of more than three dozen coalition countries. Some have already stepped forward in an attempt to vitiate the consequences and when doing so threw their American counterpart under the bus. Now another U.S. ally - arguably one of the most important - stepped into the fray. The condemnation and pressure had been admirably relentless by

America’s Fourth Estate. It serves as an example not only to the world, but also to those in Canada who’ve done nothing but protect unconstitutional and domestically and internationally unlawful policies and practices. On October 18th both were in front of the cameras and the U.S. leader got it from ABC and his Secretary of State volunteered an acknowledgment of that which will lead to historic disgrace.

During the early evening of October 17th the Canadian lawyer had a very

revealing conversation with the victim who’s profiled in Employing Stealth

this use of the MK-Ultra asset was to instill terror in the collective mind of

the coalition partnership.

In the latter is documentation of a coalition partner portraying in graphic

detail what occurred:

What a barbaric act of terror – causing a person known to the Canadian lawyer and totally uninvolved in geo-politics to behave in a

way that threatened life – to send a clear message like the Beijing Olympics assassination the Chinada malfeasant will not be deterred from achieving their nefarious objectives. With the coalition not taking any aggressive action whatsoever, and only engaging in more diplomatic ‘talk’, one coalition partner chose to do something about it – high profile that event to shake some sense into those who appear to the enemy as complacent and timidly indecisive.

It wouldn’t be ascertained until mid-February ’11 why this abominable abuse

of power along with the murder of an innocent American during the Beijing

Olympics didn’t move the Bush and Obama administrations and other world

leaders to do anything.

During a conversation with the victim the evening of October 17th that

revisited that horrific day, she insisted she fully intended to commit suicide

by dousing herself with gasoline and lighting a match. While this is a far cry

from what triggered the Arab Spring, it should have led to world leaders

deciding to accelerate regime change in Canada.

Back then and since early 2006 there was total reliance on the American

public sector constituent of the partnership to take concrete national security

protecting steps. What the other members of the international community

of democracy, rule of law, human rights and free market advocates did was

to demonstrate a consensus on the issues and an agreement on how political

leaders and their appointees ought to proceed. When they didn’t adopt a

posture beyond diplomatic talk after the Todd Bachman murder and

gruesome use of stealth cognition technologies we see the first signs of

two years after Chinada’s belligerence-fuelled MK-Ultra deployment -

It was no surprise when partners took notice of this conversation. That s/he

The nature of the Chinada threat as presented by the Bush White House plus

arrogant belligerence and pursuing a more powerful MK-Ultra asset in the

face of years of condemnation led in 2007 to a global coalition. By year’s

end there were more than three dozen governments, in excess of 150 large

and multinational companies and close to 1,000 prominent individuals who’d

joined.1 In June the Israeli government joined under then Prime Minister

Olmert. Three times his successor entered the diplomatic back-channel:

PM Netanyahu made it four during the October 18th prisoner swap. As the

Israeli soldier embraced a family member upon his release from years being

held by Palestinians, he geo-played to the cameras. He employed the

Sarkozy M. [@ 1:50] as soon as he saw himself being filmed:

On one level he articulated his government’s desire that the Canadian attain

freedom from the militarized totalitarian regime by way of coalition action

that’s kept him in non-custodial imprisonment since the late 1980s when he

was turned into a lab monkey and propaganda victory for those who are

principles of, complicit with and loyal to the Chinada High Command. On

another he was entering the environment that will bring unavoidable scandal

to him, his predecessor and their respective cabinets.

Is there another country in the world more supported morally, militarily and

financially of Israel than the United States of America? Plagued by decades

of terrorism and other methodologies to undermine the Jewish State it’s a

fair and reasonable inference that prime ministers since 2004 were fully

involved in the piggybacking scheme and when formally joining the coalition

contributed to deceiving and manipulating the rest of the coalition. With

former VP Cheney confessing to stealth cognition technologies being

deployed in the war on terror is it not a reasonable conclusion that this intel

collection capability would be used to protect Israel’s interests?

While this effort to convince Obama et al. they ought to take concrete steps

is to be applauded, he triggered a recollection of his involvement since

taking office and the view he will have much to account for when the scandal

becomes an international incident of historic proportions.

The issue of the Canadian’s freedom and post-enslavement life was the topic

of a CBS News initiative on October 16th. During a segment on Steve Jobs’

2005 commencement address and how it motivated those who heard it

producers added the geo-message he’s entitled to do what he wants with his

time and wealth as he chooses:

Two-time Partner of the Year Taylor Swift expressly contributed to this

category of diplomacy. The publicity for her mid-October launch of a

product became a medium through which she indicated her support for

action being taken to geographically emancipate the impoverished Canadian.

During the launch of her perfume ‘Wonderstruck’ on October 13th she said

this to a reporter as she employed the lexicon:

Reporter: Hi!!!

Taylor: [dbl-h Diaz M.] How are you?

[...] Reporter: And we have one final question. And we know the bottle

actually has [1:15: You: dbl-h Diaz M.] three charms on it. So what are those charms and is there any special meaning to those charms?

Taylor: Absolutely. [1:22: Diaz M.] I took the designers of the perfume bottle through my apartment and showed them all the different things that are in there. Like, I have a lot of bird cages hanging up. And I have a lot of, like Moroccan lanterns, like the star lanterns. And so I knew I wanted those to be two of the charms hanging on the bottle. But I like that the bird isn't in the cage. You know -- they're kind

of -- it's free [chuckles].

When filming a behind the scenes on the making of the product Taylor

employed a Clooney M. in a most assertive fashion:

She chose her outfit for this public appearance to add another entry to a

category of consequences that’s been stated literally thousands of times

since early 2006 -- prison certainty:

And when designing the bottle, in addition to the three charms signifying

the Canadian’s freedom the lexiconic color of justice was chosen.

With condemnation and pressure being relentless day-in-day-out month-

after-month since early March it’s become undeniable by Obama appointees

that the scandal isn’t going away and is evolving to the kind of maturity that

puts their futures in serious jeopardy. Twice in four days Secretary Clinton

entered the MK-Ultra Gate environment in what appears to be another

credibility-lacking White House attempt to convince the partnership that

“concrete steps” will be taken. The first was on Saturday, October 15th

when attending her husband’s 65th birthday concert at the Hollywood Bowl.

The event was attended by a multitude of celebrities, many of whom are

coalition partners. To placate their anger at being deceived and manipulated

and her and other co-colluders’ engaging in abuses of power and abdicating

national security responsibilities she wore an item of clothing that

embellished the Canadian’s quantum entitlements.

Then Monday night when en route to Libya she got briefed on the victim

conversation referred to herein. When disembarking in Tripoli she employed

the B-Clinton M., which has become the lexiconic gesture identifying MK-

Ultra Gate, to acknowledge that evidence and indicate once again a

willingness to capitulate to coalition demands its interests and objectives be

pursued.

The so-called non-campaign campaign trail the President was on during this

time included a sit-down interview with ABC News correspondent Jake

Tapper that aired during ABC News’ October 18th broadcast. Most

admirably, ABC’s been in the forefront of holding him and co-colluders

accountable. Filmed in an elementary school classroom the question was

asked what grade the U.S. leader would give himself. The reporter who’s

always in the front row of White House press conferences and briefings then

executes a geo-gesture (an embellished SNL M.) to service the ubiquity of

condemnation and pressure that demands a follow through on all

outstanding issues. The U.S. leader reacts as he always has when

compelled to reflect on his malfeasance and impropriety and again becoming

cognizant of the fact that humiliating publicity and life-long consequences

are inevitable.
