Bringing together delegations from each of the 15 Atlantic Coast Conferencemember institutions, the ACC Student Leadership Symposium is designed toengage students on issues prevalent in the 21st century and to envisioninnovative opportunities to promote  inclusion, human dignity and the commongood within their campuses, local and global communities. Fall Break Trip to Cloudland CanyonSponsored by Trailblazers

Trailblazers invites you to our Fall Break trip to Cloudland Canyon State Park!Brimming with stunning waterfalls, gorgeous canyons, and forest as far as theeye can see, this land in the heart of the North Georgia is the perfect getawayfor the busy Georgia Tech student. Our trip includes an afternoon exploring thecharming town of Chattanooga,  two days of taking in the views through scenicday hikes, followed by a day of service work to support keeping the State Parkbeautiful and accessible for all visitors. Alongside a park ranger, our work mayinvolve building needed trail infrastructure, maintaining existing trails, andremoving damaging invasive species. Trails we will hike will take around thecanyon rims exposing panoramic views of forested mountains, scenic riversand waterfalls, and the heart of the Appalachian forests, and will be accessibleto all skill levels. In addition to hiking and trail service, there will be ampleopportunity for stargazing, campfire songs, getting to know your fellow Techstudents, and unwinding from the hustle and bustle of school. The cost of thetrip is  in the range of $50-100 (depending on number of people signed up)which includes everything required. Logistics-wise, we will be leaving campusSaturday morning October 12th, camping in tents at a car-accessible campsitein the forest, and returning Tuesday October 15th in the afternoon.
