Swiss International Hotels enters into a business development agreement with Business Consulting Group Global, lead by hotel industry

expert Mr. Ram Gupta

Hotel owners’ expertise and a broad knowledge of the hotel industry in

Middles East and Asia will ensure expansion of the brand in this region.

Baar (CH) /Ras al Khaimah (UAE), April 10, 2014 – Today Swiss International announced the

signing of a business development representation agreement with industry veteran Mr. Ram

Gupta. Mr. Gupta will represent the brands of Swiss International, particularly in the UAE and

India, with the objective for the owners to find the appropriate hotel partner and brand for their

real estate assets.

Swiss International offers the following three brands for the relative segments:

Royal Swiss - Luxury

Swiss International - Upscale

Swiss Spirit - Midscale

Mr. Gupta is a management professional with proficiency in hospitality, real estate, product and

e-marketing. He has over four decades of experience in India, Far East, Middle East and Europe.

He has completed his management studies from New Delhi, India and higher studies from

Germany. A Member of Institute of Hospitality, U.K., he is also a Certified Hotel Administrator

from U.S.A. He has worked for a number of national and international hotel chains and was

associated with over 30 hotel projects in varying capacities. He has served on a number of trade

bodies and boards of various companies. Currently he is an independent consultant in the

Industry.

These sub brands are always reflected in the different hotel brands.
