FLEX 5000

Atla s Tec hno log ies pa tente d FLEX 5000 is

a high spe ed , fully programm ab le, in-press

transfer system tha t c an b e ea sily retrofitted

to existing p resses or integra ted with new

presses. The FLEX 5000 is c apab le o f

transferring loa ds includ ing to oling o f 1,200

po unds with prec ision a nd b ec ause the

transfer pa th is fully p rog ramm able, presses

are a b le to run sma ller pa rts faster than a

cam-ac tua ted transfer. Dies a re easily

ac c essed with a FLEX due to the o verhead

mo unting a nd the finge r tooling rails can b e

raised c om pletely out of the wa y.

The At las FLEX 3000 is ident ica l to our FLEX

5000, but was designed w ith lighte r loads

in mind . The FLEX 3000 is capab le of

smoo thly transferring loa ds of 600 pound s

of we ight without loss of pa rt c on trol. With

both the FLEX 3000 and 5000, the long

axis is sp lit into two sep arate units and

d rives wh ich m akes it possible to have two

sepa rate p itches and ac co mmod ate

c ond itions where the pitch c ould be longer
