RESTIGE UPS combines the latest IGBT rectifier technology together with Digital Signal Processor (DSP). Its decentralized parallel structure ensures reliable and trouble free operation of the valuable equipment and critical loads. This results in lower electricity bills and smaller genset sizes. Small footprint and light weight makes installations easier when space is limited. Compared to 6 or 12 pulse rectifier systems, the heat dissipation is lower and the air condition size can be dimensioned smaller. This also results in less CO2 production, saving money and protecting our environment. Also, its transformer-less design concept enables delivery of up to 40KVA per power module to the system and it can achieve 520KVA power in a single frame. It is possible to connect four frames in a parallel to achieve a maximum of 2000KVA power.

The common battery design enables several modules in parallel to use one battery bank thus saving extra wiring efforts and investment to the batteries. It is possible to extend battery runtime by adding external battery banks to the system too. PRESTIGE UPS provides high charging current which is able to charge high capacity batteries within the ideal recharge time.

STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY
With its N+X Parallel Redundancy technology, the PRESTIGE UPS series is able to configure their modules according to the protection level required by the equipment connected. The standard frame contains all the necessary accessories and devices for future expansion. The new module can be simply plugged into the system and the system will automatically detects the paralleled modules and configure itself for parallel operations.

Besides having the usual RS232 interface, the UPS can be monitored and controlled via RS485, Dry Contact or Ethernet (SNMP) card. This unique solution allows you to conveniently monitor and manage your UPS with a standard Web browser, while simultaneously providing graceful shutdown for multiple computer systems over the network.
Versatile Communication Interfaces
ECO mode is a method of operating the UPS at reduced power protection in order to obtain improved electrical efficiency and save energy. The benefit of ECO mode is that the efficiency of the bypass path is typically between 98.0% and 99%, compared to the base UPS efficiency of 94% to 97%. This means there is a pickup in UPS efficiency of between 2-5% in UPS efficiency when ECO-mode is used. ECO mode represents a potential way to save energy in data centers and other UPS applications.
Data Center operators can expect to see savings on the order of 2-3% in total energy if ECO mode is enabled. Higher percent savings are possible if the data center is operated at very light electrical loads. The energy savings associated with ECO-mode are getting smaller as newer generation UPS systems improve in efficiency.
Smart Charge Current Adjustment PRESTIGE UPS comes with advanced three-stage charging method. The first stage consists of constant current charging where the UPS performs fast charging to reach 90% of the electricity. The second phase consists of pulse charging where the battery will be brought to fully charged state. The third stage is to maintain constant pressure to ensure no loss of power. This method enhances and extends the life of the battery.
