CONCEALED FITTINGS.Introduced by Josko in 1994, this is an invention that does not actually have to hide itself: Our concealed fittings. Josko design meets the highest of demands. For Avant-garde windows, con-cealed fittings with the Nanolock turn limiter are fitted as standard, and are available on all other ranges as an option.

THREE SEALS FOR IDEAL SOUND, HEAT AND AIR- TIGHTNESS VALUES.Josko windows are sealed in three ways. They ensure excellent air-tightness and protect from noise and heat loss.

ATTRACTIVE HINGES.INNOVATIVE. LOW-MAINTE-NANCE.An attractive design, innovative technology and easy to clean. Josko’s window designs are set-ting the trend, with an attractive stainless-steel fittings system. The concealed fittings make your windows stand out visually, and they are also distinctive since they offer solid support and it is easy to apply masking tape when carrying out painting work.

THE PERFECT FIT.The sash lifter raises the sash slightly when closing the window and therefore ensures the closed window fits perfectly.

BASIC BURGLARY PROTECTION PROVIDED BY A STANDARD MUSHROOM PIN LOCK.Safety generates trust. Therefore, Josko windows are equipped with a mushroom pin lock as standard. It engages in the frame’s locking mechanism and therefore prevents the sash from being levered out. Safety levels B, SH-1 and RC2 are available on request.

Isostep 20 and Isostep 30 have also been tested for protection against heavy rain.

RC2-TESTED* AS AN OPTION.Josko is one of only a few manu-facturers to offer windows and front doors with break-in protec-tion (to RC2) tested in accord-ance with the EN standard.

SLANTING GLAZING REBATE LIP.Josko combines design with func-tionality, even in the tiniest of details: The slanting glazing rebate lip lets more light into the room and ensures a simple look. At the same time, the slant improves air circulation and heat flow at the window and there-fore reduces the formation of condensation on the glass.

All-glass sliding doors were long re-garded as eyesores, which is why many design enthusiasts avoided them alto-gether, rather than being forced to make a poor compromise. Josko’s lift-and-slide doors have the best and most simple design possible, and dispel prejudices.

Josko’s lift-and-slide doors are now officially tested for sound proofing.

FIXFRAME LIFT-AND-SLIDE DOORWOOD/ALUMINIUM DESIGN PERFECTION.

Josko’s innovative FixFrame lift-and-slide doors are captivating with their simple, slim frames and flush exterior look. The innovation won the Red Dot Product De-sign Award in 2009, which is considered to be a global sign of quality design.

Integrated in the FixFrame Blue Vision as a single wing, the FixFrame lift-and-slide door is an absolute visual highlight. The wood on the inside creates a cosy atmos-phere, while aluminium or glass on the outside will withstand wind and weather for many years. As an option, the sliding wing is available outside as a high-end solution with flush-fitting layered glass, or with an almost flush-fitting aluminium frame. The continuous transition to the ground outside is barrier-free.

The ground outside meets the slim wing rail. Josko is not prepared to compromise when it comes to design.

Nature is important for classic living. Therefore, in this case – as well as for Avant-garde and Modern – Josko’s ex-tensive sliding elements with slim frames are an ideal option. They invite nature into the home, spoiling the senses with scents from the garden, the twittering of birds and fresh air.

With Josko’s technically advanced Rubin 78, Diamant 89 and Proline lift-and-slide door systems, which have been tested for tightness by the research institute Holzforschung Austria, even large glass surfaces can be opened easily. Josko’s lift-and-slide doors are available in the same materials as Josko window systems.

TEST PASSED WITH DISTINCTION.Before being ready for the market, Josko’s Rubin 78, Diamant 89 and Pro-line lift-and-slide doors had to pass many in-house tests and be further developed. The persistence paid off. Outstanding results for resistance against air, heavy rain and wind were seen in the tightness test carried out by the accredited test authority for Holzforschung Austria.

CLASSIC LIFT-AND-SLIDE DOORS.BRINGING NATURE TO THE LIVING SPACE.

The Platin Blue lift-and-slide door is cap-tivating with its simple, slim frame and a flush glass look. As a wood/aluminium door, it offers the cosiness of wood on the inside and the resistance of alumini-um on the outside. As an element that is ready to be coupled, it is flexible and can ideally be combined with the Blue fixed component.

HARMONISED WITH MANY SYSTEMS.Ideally matches the all-glass system and the Platin 82 window, as well as all mod-ern Josko window systems.

REDUCED COLD RADIATING FROM THE GLASS.Warm glass panes with reduced cold radiating from the glass thanks to triple glazing, and a warm frame made of wood rather than cold aluminium con-structions.

Solid wild-wood doors are special because there have been no attempts to alter the wood’s natural appearance. The grain, knots and in-growth – everything remains as nature intended. Josko only contributes by carefully processing and oiling the surface – creating a pure natural look and the ideal atmosphere. Available in wild oak and wild walnut.

Josko’s interior doors also keep to the plain-look trend, particu-larly with the MET flush-fitting door and frame assembly. At the heart of this door system is a special aluminium frame that can be plastered over or painted, making it “invisible”. The door

leaf is completely flush with the wall and, on request, can be painted to blend in with the wall using latex wall paint. For MET 56, the frame is plastered over in the wall; for MET 40, the unrendered frame requires a groove of only 3 mm.
