Il Centro Stile H&H, cuore della struttura italiana, nasce nel 2011 dall’esigenza di sviluppare tecnologia e stile prettamente italiani applicati al settore della produzione

di protezioni sportive.Tutti i componenti del team hanno una formazione professionale riconosciuta a livello europeo, a cui si aggiungono esperienze in diversi settori quali: Automotive, Industrial Design, Telecomunicazioni e Marketing.

I nostri progetti nascono da un bozzetto che, sviluppato, diviene illustrazione, modello 3D e, infine, un vero e proprio render foto realistico curato nei minimi dettagli il tutto grazie al supporto e all’utilizzo dei più moderni e performanti software di modellazione 3D che permettono lo studio e la finalizzazione del progetto.

Il valore aggiunto del nostro Centro Stile H&H è la capacità di poter seguire completamente un progetto OEM aggiornando l’immagine di un prodotto o, semplicemente, seguendo le indicazioni di commessa per creare una nuova idea, tramite lo studio specifico dei trend d’interesse, dei target e della tipologia di mercato; senza tralasciare la fase di produzione per soddisfare a pieno le esigenze del cliente.

to sports protections.Every member of the team has a vocational training recognized on an European level and specific knowledge in: Automotive/Industrial Design, Telecommunication and Marketing.

To offer our best result we care for each detail: the Style Center keeps pace with the times, supported by the most updated softwares.Our projects are created from a sketch,which becomes an illustration, than a 3d model and finally a photorealistic render.

One of the characteristics of our H&H Style Center is the ability to entirely follow an OEM project, refreshing the image of an existing product or simply following orders to create a new idea. All this offered after an accurate study of the newest trends, of the targets and the markets, without forgettig the production, in order to fully satisfy every customer’s taste and needs.

All Origine helmets follow the most modern and severe European standard for the homologation.

As matter of fact they are all certified following the ECE 22-05 homologation, the most recent version of it.

The tests take place by the TUV Institute in Germany (E-1) and the IDIADA Institute in Spain (E-9)

This homologation is based on two examinations:

1 - Retention roll off, which measure the rotation of the helmet (this result shall not exceed the 30 degrees). During this test the helmet is tied by a rope to a 10 kgs bulk in a free fall of 50cm.

The IMPACT TEST determinates the ability of shock absorption by the registration of the impact suffered during the crash test. In in free-fall guided on a fixed anvil of steel and a default speed of impact, 5 points on the outer shell are monitored by recording 2 core values :

B) Shock absorption that highlights the acceleration sustained by the helmet at the moment of the impact (the maximum acceleration

of the head form shall not exceed 275 gr, about 275 times the weight of the head).

B) HIC (Head Injury Criterion) it’s the average of the acceleration against time (it shall not exceed 2400 points) to which the head is subjected at the moment of the fall.

Tutti i caschi ORIGINE rispettano i più severi e moderni standard europei di omologazione, sono infatti certificati secondo le

direttive dell’omologazione ECE 22-05. I test vengono effettuati presso gli istituti TUV in Germania (E-1) e IDIADA in Spagna (E-9).

Questa specifica omologazione prevede due prove principali:

La ProvA dI SCAlzATA, che misura il valore della rotazione del casco in fase di simulazione di caduta. In questa prova il casco viene collegato ad una massa di 10 kg ad una cordicella di acciaio, sucessivamente viene posizionato a 50 cm di altezza e fatto cadere su di un apposito supporto che ne quantifica i dati direzionali trasferendo i valori ad un sistema di analisi che ne abilita o meno la struttuta della forma del casco e, di conseguenza, la relativa sicurezza.

La ProvA d’IMPATTo determina la capacità di assorbimento degli urti mediante la registrazione dell’impatto subito in fase di crash test in laboratorio. In caduta libera guidata su una incudine fissa di acciaio e a una velocità di impatto predefinita, 5 punti sulla calotta esterna vengono monitorati registrando 2 valori fondamentali:

A) Il picco di accelerazione, che evidenzia l’accelerazione subita all’impatto ( max di 275 g) nel centro di gravità della falsa testa.

B) HIC (Head Injury Criterion), ovvero la media temporale dell’accelerazione a cui la falsa testa è soggetta (max 2400 punti).
