Went out on 30 odd vals returning 17 listings and lots more in the pipeline Had 11 sales agreed although due to unreliable buyers I could only book 5, lots of chain building, 7 price reductions, over 30 solicitors quotes, 11 fs appointments and probably the best individual month ever of CTW instructions with 31, yes 31. Helped Gravesend crack the big 50!! Oh and doing a listing at 7.30 in the morning. Now that is true RMJ commitment. An amazing all round month!!!! Thank you Jon and well

Further to our wonderful if not messy Xmas Party and awards ceremony i would like to confirm the 2 promotions from Gravesend Office as mentioned briefly by Alan Robinson. Reece Cox from Trainee Negotiator to Sales Negotiator . Reece joined us February from being a roofer and has been in the top 3 sales figures for RMJ all year. He has fitted in very quickly to life as an Estate Agent and is worthy of his promotion. Good luck in 2014. Jonathan Fleet. Promotion to Assistant Branch Manager. Jon has proved in 2013 to be a top all round performer in all aspects of Agency and is a very valued and respected agent by the team at Gravesend and his many satisfied clients. I have been in communication with Andy today and was mentioning Gravesend office.

Just wanted to say how great I think you have all done in this last month. You only ever really see how good

an office is when the manager is away.

The team has work fantastically well over this time, done some amazing business and had the best month

all year on VAT completions.

Next year will see you all back on top, the million pound office.

over. The Letting Neg covering you office should have gone through with you what is classed as a referral and the

numbers should be increasing dramatically now that ALL investors are to be passed over. What could be easier, a

sale, £100 and the branch getting a proportion of the income into its pot if we let the property. If we don’t get in at

the very start of the process, the chances of this happening are greatly reduce

If we have to source the property from another agent, the resale potential is there.
