Leadership Academy Reception $30,000 Taking place Friday night of the conference in the exhibit hall, this reception will include premium quality food, beverages and entertainment and provides premier exposure to the event’s exclusive corporate partner, making it an excellent venue to promote brand awareness. You will be featured in all reception signage, recognized in the overall event signage for the duration of the conference and listed in the program book. Additionally, you will receive four tickets to attend the reception.
Relaxation Station $15,000
Give attendees the gift of Zen with 15-minute chair massages that release stress and leave them feeling oh-so-relaxed (and inclined to spread the word to fellow conference goers). This popular and sought-after station will be located in a high-traffic area and will feature exclusive signage and branding for your company. You will also have the option to provide your own company branded T-shirts for the massage therapists to wear. Additionally, you will be recognized in the overall event signage for the duration of the conference and listed in the program book.
Cocktail Reception $10,000 Taking place Saturday night of the conference, this reception is a great opportunity to showcase your company to attendees. As the exclusive corporate partner of the Cocktail Reception, you will be featured in all reception signage, recognized in the overall event signage for the duration of the conference and listed in the program book. Additionally, you will receive two tickets to attend the reception.
Conference Breakfasts $5,000/DAY Be the topic of breakfast banter among conference attendees as the exclusive corporate partner for either the Friday, Saturday or Sunday Breakfast. Your company name and/or logo will be featured on table placards and signage in and around the breakfast area for your respective day. Additionally, each breakfast partner will be recognized in the overall event signage for the duration of the conference, as well as in the program book. This opportunity is open to one company per day at $5,000 each or to one company for all three days for a total of $15,000.
Break Service $5,000 These conference reprieves provide excellent branding and networking opportunities with attendees. Your company name/logo will be featured on signage in the break area and you will have the opportunity to provide company-branded coffee cups and/or napkins, as well as your company’s collateral materials. The designated break services, which will include premium quality snacks and beverages, will be strategically placed throughout the conference schedule. You will also be recognized in the overall event signage throughout the conference, as well as in the program book.
Branded Water Bottles $5,000 As the exclusive corporate partner for this opportunity, your company name and logo will be featured on premium reusable water bottles provided to each attendee. You will also be recognized in the overall event signage throughout the conference, as well as in the program book.
Cyber Café $7,500
Keep attendees connected during the conference as the exclusive corporate partner of the Cyber Café. You will have
premium signage on the tables and in the general area of the Cyber Café and be recognized in the overall event signage throughout the conference, as well as in the program book. The splash page for each computer will be set to your company’s website and the computer screens will showcase your logo.
Charging Station $5,000 Promote your products and services on a highly visible and frequently used Charging Station (outfitted with your company name and graphics) located in a high-traffic location. Conference attendees will use this station to recharge their cell phones and other electronic devices. You will also be recognized in the overall event signage throughout the conference, as well as in the program book.
Wi-Fi $5,000 Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided for the duration of the conference. As the exclusive corporate partner for this opportunity, your logo will appear on the Wi-Fi information cards provided to each attendee, as well as on dedicated signage promoting the Wi-Fi at the registration counters. You will also be recognized in the overall event signage throughout the conference, as well as in the program book.
USB Flash Drives $4,000 Your logo will be exclusively featured on the USB flash drives (containing conference materials and information) that are provided to all attendees. You will also be recognized in the overall event signage throughout the conference, as well as in the program book.
Name Badge Lanyards $3,000 Attendees will be wearing name badges for the duration of the conference—receive around the clock (and the neck) recognition by featuring your company’s logo on the lanyards they’ll use to hold them. You will also be recognized in the overall event signage throughout the conference, as well as in the program book.
Conference Bag Insert $350 Include one (1) piece of marketing collateral—a flyer, keychain or other promotional item/piece of literature—representing your organization in the official Western Health Care Leadership Academy conference bags provided to each attendee. Materials are subject to approval by CMA and upon approval, will need to be provided (quantity TBD by CMA) at least three weeks prior to the event date for insertion into the conference bags.
Exhibitor $3,500Put your representatives in front of conference goers by being one of the select exhibitors. Booth space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis. There will be dedicated exhibit hours, refreshment breaks and reception(s) within the exhibit hall to encourage attendees to engage with you. Luncheon Presentation $10,000/DAY There are two luncheon presentation opportunities—one on Friday and one on Saturday—each being exclusive to the respective corporate partner for that day. Each luncheon presentation opportunity includes branded signage for the luncheon itself, as well as recognition in the overall event signage for the duration of the conference and a listing in the program book.
Official Conference Bag $10,000 In addition to the Western Health Care Leadership Academy emblem, the official conference bags will feature your company logo. This is an exclusive opportunity for one corporate partner and includes recognition in the overall event signage for the duration of the conference and a listing in the program book. Additionally, you are entitled to one (1) bag insert—a flyer, keychain or other promotional item/piece of literature. The insert is subject to approval by CMA and upon approval must be provided (quantity TBD by CMA) at least three weeks prior to the event date for insertion into the conference bags. Please note that the bag insert component is non-exclusive and other sponsors may include a bag insert, as well.
Conference Padfolios $7,500 Attendees will receive a high-end padfolio, used to organize handouts and take notes throughout the conference. In addition to the Western Health Care Leadership Academy emblem, your logo will be featured on the front, capturing their attention and instilling your brand. This opportunity also includes recognition in the overall event signage for the duration of the conference and a listing in the program book.
