The goal of this project is to create books called

„Nano‘s mischief” for children who are visually

impaired. The book is an entertaining guide for

parents of those children giving them an idea

how to develop and support their chidren‘s

vision.

This book is unique for its relief print.

It contains real objects which stimulate

children‘s vision and help them to

imagine the world around them.There

are also photos of those real objects

in the book. Multisensory 3D toy called

Nano guides parents and child through

all pages of the book.

Nano – multisensory 3D toy

Nano is canvas toy filled with

buckwheat rind. It is made

to stimulate vision, hearing

and touch. The filling makes

it rustling and possible warm

it up. Nano is not only guide it

also motivates to start playing.

Design

There are two ways of using

this book an ordinary or

vertical position. Both ways

make it easy to work with

the book while reading or

turning pages.

A brace are two pieces of firm paper that hold up the book.
