ENTERING THE ARENAUpon entering the arena, you will be asked to show your ticket. After validating your ticket you’ll receive your wristband and then you can enter the arena. The wristband will allow you to leave and re-enter the arena at any time. Please ensure to keep it on at all times. Re-entry into the arena will close at 22:00 CET.

Early entrance area is marked on the map on the next page which will give access for weekend and day ticket holders.

PREMIUM ENTRANCEAs a Premium ticket holder your dedicated entry is at the International Congress Center. It’s marked on the top right of the map on the next page.

GOODIE BAGSAs a Premium ticket holder you’ll also receive a goodie bag with your ticket. This will be handed out to you during the entrance process at the premium entrance.

CS:GO SERIES 3 PINSNot only will you receive a goodie bag but as celebration of IEM Katowice hosting the CS:GO Major Championship all Premium ticket holders will also gain themselves a CS:GO pin. This will be handed out to you upon entry to the event.

SIGNING SESSIONSSigning sessions will take place in the venue throughout the weekend from Thursday to Sunday.

Signing sessions take place at the Intel® Fan Zone next to the Intel® booth in the International Congress Centrum (IEM Expo) and can be located on the respective overview map.

The schedule for the signing sessions for each day can be found

within this guide and will also posted on the IEM Katowice 2019 and at this Intel® Fan Zone, next to the Intel® booth.

ESL SHOPThe ESL Shop will have a wide selection of ESL and team apparel for all your favourite teams! Check out our online catalogue to find the swag you’d like today! Limited selection and sizes will be available at the ESL Shop at the event so make sure to shop first!

LEVEL UP YOUR EVENT COIN ON SITEOur “ESL Event” app, available on iOS and Android, allows attendees at IEM Katowice to collect in-game souvenir packages exactly as if they were watching the streams at home. These are the steps you need to follow to ensure you’ll receive your items:

Step 1) – Download the AppThe “ESL Event” app is your perfect companion at IEM Katowice. Not only will you have all relevant schedules at the palm of your hand, but you’ll need it in order to secure your Viewer Pass souvenir packages.

Step 2) Link your Steam accountWhen you start up the app, select IEM Katowice as your active event. Open the menu on the left sidebar and click on “Viewer Pass” and use the login details of your Steam account to link it to the app.

Step 3) Check in at the start of each dayAfter you’ve linked your account to the app, you’ll still have to check in every day at the venue to secure your drops. This option will only be enabled if you are in the vicinity of the venue. Please remember to check in every day you’re attending to secure those souvenir packages.

Step 4) Enjoy your souvenir packagesIf you followed all the steps in this guide, you’ll have some sick in-game mementos of your visit to IEM Katowice every time you play CS:GO.
