Tommy is intimately familiar with Philadelphia & its outlying suburbs from an earlier career managing business operations of Parkway Cleaners which was one of the largest cleaners in the region. Tommy helped negotiate the sale of the business which included nine retail leases, as well as two sale lease backs to the new owners. His knowledge of the region, especially the businesses and people of the tri-state area, is extensive. Tommy brings a blue collar ethic and a dedication to his trade and his clients. Alan obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MBA at Widener University. Prior to to joining the PRG team, Alan was a food truck owner and restaurateur. Most notably, Alan secured the location, negotiated the lease, financed the fit out, and managed the construction of a very popular quick service restaurant in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia. Seeing all aspects of the commercial real estate process from the other side of the table, Alan grew an interest in the real estate world.
