In accordance with the Price Adjustment clause contained in the contract, effective July 17, 2018, a price adjustment shall apply to the envelope prices of the contract. Please be advised that due to the Department of Labor discontinuing the PPI Producer Price Index for Envelope Manufacturing (PCU3222303222302), which was initially referenced in the Price Adjustment clause of this Contract Award, the PPI Producer Price Index for Stationary Product Manufacturing, Envelopes (PCU3222303222305) will now serve as the replacement Index for this Contract Award moving forward. Due to current market conditions affecting the availability of recycled paper products, the Office of General Services (OGS) is also allowing Cenveo to temporarily substitute Virgin White Wove and Virgin Brown Kraft product in place of recycled product. Cenveo believes they currently have sufficient recycled product on hand to fulfill orders through August, but not beyond. Authorized Users should be advised of this when placing future orders.
