1.8.3 STRUCTURE

Supplying, galvanising, erection, making, grouting and commissioning of

galvanised steel structure for following items mentioned below and

structure shall be as per HVPN practice (All foundation drg. will be given

by contractor as per HVPN specifications and same will be approved by

structure & electrical consultants). Steel structure drg. shall be given by

vendor for approval by structral consultants giving wind pressure, bending

moment etc. with proper drawings.

double bus arrangement system with 4 nos bays (One incomer and two

outgoings and Bus coupler) as under and conforming to specification

enclosed & latest HVPN specifications as applicable .

b 1 No. double bus line bay for 66KV, 1250 Amps, 31.5KA for 1 sec SF6

gas insulated line bay module comprising of 3 nos. single phase gas

insulated voltage tranformer (66KV /R3 /110 /R3 / 110 /R3, this will be

equipped with integrated disconnecting facility for GIS and power cable

testing without any additional dismantelling and gas handling) 100VA

c 2 Nos. Double Bus Transformer Bay Module : 66KV, 1250A, 31.5KA

for 1 sec. SF6 gas insulated each comprising of 2 nos. isolator with

earthing switch, 1 no. 1250A 66KV GIS, 3 nos. single phase CT

120/1+1+1+1 having protection class as PS /5P20/ 0.2/ PS 20VA burden,

1 no. isolator switch with earthing along with female terminal connection

for connecting cable with GIS through insulated interconnection bus etc to

complete transformer bay module. This will have local control centre for

showing density of SF6 gas, interlocking between component, monitoring

gas and other parameters.

d Bus Coupler in Double Bus Bar Bay : 1 no. bus coupler bay module

comprising of 2 nos. isolator switch with earthing, 3 nos. single phase CT

(150/1+1A) 15VA burden 5P20/ 5P20 protection class, 1 no. 1250A SF6

3.0 TRANSFORMER

3.1 POWER TRANSFORMER



3.1.1 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type 8/8MVA,

66 KV/11KV, 50 cycle 3 phase delta/star, Oil filled ONAF, double copper

wound TRANSFORMER including automatic and manual On Load Tap

Changer with RTCC and AVR, including all standard fittings, accessories

and instruments complete as per specifications and as required.

Transformer shall be provided with Open Air Bushing with Arching Horn

on 66 KV suitable for Leopard conductor and 11KV side cable box with

alm. gland plate for 2 x 1c x 400sqmm alm armoured XLPE (UE) cable .

The transformer shall have 20% voltage variation 16 steps with 4 taps on

plus side & balance on minus side. The temp. rise shall be 400

in oil 500

winding.

The transformer shall have magnetic oil level guage with trip & alarm

contacts, air cell conservator, surge relay with trip & alarm contacts,

buckholz double float relay, winding temp. meter with trip & alarm

contacts, oil temp. meter with trip & alarm contacts. The transformer losses

shall be 10KW for NO Load (max. guaranteed), 60KW for Load Losses

(max. guaranteed) and 2KW auxiliary losses for 8MVA rating during

ONAF condition. This shall have neutral CT on LV star side with 2 neutral

CT's ratio 200/1 PS class /5P20. The transformer will have alm. gland plate

on 11KV side for terminating single core 11KV (UE) cables. This

installation shall include all supply, installation and termination of control

cables between transformer OLTC & RTCC along with incoming cable for

OLTC, lighting inside the marshalling box.

3.1.2 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV indoor cubicle

type neutral isolator cum NGR as per IEEE norms the specification

enclosed and shall be rated for 47ohms, 140A for 30 sec. with suitable

space for 11KV (UE) cable terminations. The NGR panel shall include 1

no. 400A load isolator, 1 no. temp. meter to indicate enclosure temp., 1 no.

CT, 1 no. earth fault relay, NGR manufactured out of stainless steel

punched grid with overall temp. limit of 375 deg. The load isolator and

earth fault relay shall be wired upto relay control panel for remote

monitoring.

3.2 STATION TRANSFORMER

Supply, unloading, placing, erection on foundation, testing and

commissioning of 100KVA oil filled, 11KV/415V, copper wound outdoor

type, weather proof type transformer (impedence 4%-5%) with bushing /

terminal on HT & LT side and with +5% to -10% tap on HT side. HT side

will have bushing and LT side will have cable box. This shall have oil

temperature guage along with all safeties.

6.1 Supply, assembling, installation electrolyte filling, carryuing out the

recommended cycles of charges and discharges before final charging,

connecting up, bank forming, testing, rectification and commissioning of

all the equipments for the 220V DC, following battery bank and associated

equipment conforming to detailed specifications enclosed in this

document. The other details are as follows.

- The rated voltage output equals to 220V DC consisting of required number

of lead acid cell of 2V each with specific gravity tester.

(11 Panel 11 KV Expandable Type H.T. VCB Board Comprising of 2

Supply of 11 panels 11KV HT VCB Board. VCB panel shall comprise of

following items.

Note: All spare contacts of breaker or any other equipment inside the

breaker shall be wired upto the outgoing terminal strip with appropriate

ferrules / coding. The terminal strip rating shall be suitable for connecting

two wires of 2.5sqmm subjected to providing minimum size strip suitable

for 4/6 sqmm.

The bidder shall indicate battery Ah with supportive calculation for each

panel separately.The bidder shall submit calculation for knee point &

excitation current for different CT's.

8.1a Incomer : Two numbers of 11KV VCB feeder. Each incomer will

comprise of following :

- 1 number 1250 Amps 18 KA VCB circuit breaker horizontally insulated

horizontal drawout, electrical motor operated, spring charged with facility

of manual closing. Incomer feeder shall be suitable to terminate

2X1cX400sq.mm cable per phase.

- 3nos CT 600/1+1+1+1+1 amps (PS class/PS class/5P20/0.2/PS class)

20VA burden CT with 0.2 accuracy,PS class for differential ,PS class for

REF,5P20 for over current and earth fault ,5P20 protection class for

metering, one no PS class as spare .

- 1 No. 3 phase 11KV / √3 /110V/√3/110V/√3 drawout PT with 100VA

burden and class 0.2/3P accuracy.This shall be suitable for resistively

earthed system & PT shall with duty cycle of 1.9 times for 30sec.

- One local / remote switch for operation.

- One emergency OFF push button outside.

- Annunciator window with minimum 8 windows with hooter.

Supply, testing & commissioning of Main LT Panel. This will be floor

mounted, free standing, indoor duty, dust proof, vermin proof, front

operated, electrical panel fabricated as per specifications laid in this

document and will be complete with the main and auxiliary bus bars,

interconnection, earth bus and will be powder coated finish with 70 micron

thickness. The Main LT Panel shall suitable for 415 V AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz,

3 phase 4 wire supply system. Each incoming & outgoing breaker will have

microprocessor based releases. The Panel will be made as per detailed

specifications & drawings forming part of this document.

(Each MCCB will be variable current setting from front, with front

extended lockable handle, pad lockable in off position, indication light for

ON, shrouding on incomer side, termination shall be suitable for

aluminium bus bars.)

and free standing floor mounted rack with acid resistant finish and

complete with series connecting electrical leads and charging of batteries.

Supply, erection and commissioning of suitable battery charger for 8 hr

enclosure of 2mm thick and suitably painted. The unit will be complete

with bus bars, accessories, links, terminal strip, clamps etc along with
