Sessions can be held on a location of your choosing or they can be taken in my studio. Locations further than a 30 minute drive away from my studio will incur a small travel charge.

For family portraits the session fee is inclusive of family groups of up to 5 people, then each additional person is charged at $10 per head.

Newborn Sessions

Newborn sessions are truly something special.What could be better than having the memories of your beautiful new baby captured in stunning photographs.

It is best to get the photos taken within the first 10 days after your baby is born because this is when they are still very sleepy, curly and easy to pose for photos, the earlier you can bring your baby in the better.

We will be working on your babies time so it is best to keep 2-3 hours free (it can take less time, it can take more) This will give us plenty chance for breaks, baby cuddles and plenty opportunities to get some gorgeous sleepy baby photos.

It would be great if you could give your bub a feed just before we begin our session - and be prepared to top the little one up throughout the shoot to keep him or her full and happy. If possible feed your baby dressed only in a nappy and wrapped in a towel or blanket, this way we wont have to wake him or her to change clothes for photos

I like to keep the area that I shoot in, very warm to keep your baby comfortable for those nudey shots. It is super comfy for your baby, but can be pretty humid for us, so dress appropriately.

To book, just contact me in as far advance as you can during your pregnancy and let me know your EDD. This way I know an approximate date and when your baby is born, contact me asap and we will arrange and confirm your session time.

Beauty Sessions

Looking to capture some beauty shots for a modelling portfolio, or photos as a special gift for your significant other?

I have packages available for you to get the full experience. I am a professional makeup artist myself and I also work with another very talented makeup artist, Anne Dawson. Together we will pamper and beautify you.

I will have a phone or email consult with you to hear your ideas and what you want to get out of the shoot and then we will book your session and capture some great pics and have a bit of fun at the same time.

They are a beautiful keepsake and in the days where everything is digital, it’s lovely to be able to hold something in your hands and gaze over pages and pages of beautiful photographs, don’t you agree? Photo books also give you the most amount of photographs in my packages for the cheapest price, great value for money!

The perfect option to showcase your stunning beauty portraits. This two piece box contains 10 prints with mats available in black or white.

Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. I do of course guarantee that the products you receive meet the highest standard.

Do you want to own your images and print as many copies as you like, wherever you like? I totally understand and I offer the opportunity to purchase your images digitally, and it not cost an arm and a leg.

When you purchase a digital image you have a print release giving you the ability to reprint wherever you like! This way you can get copies for the whole family and not break the bank. I want to help you spread your money further and if you are happy to do the work yourself, I have no issue with you purchasing digital images and organizing your own print products. Unlike other photographers I do not have a minimum purchase amount. I just know that you will love your photos enough to want more than one :)

$40 per image on a custom designed disk

Each image will be colour corrected and minor adjustments are made to ensure that they are beautiful and ready for print. If there are any major adjustments that you are wanting made to the image I do charge extra, just contact me with your requests.

If you choose to print your own products:

Please remember that higher quality printers have better colour management systems and will always produce better quality prints. So if you choose a budget printer, please be aware that they may not look as they do on screen. To save disappointment, always choose a high quality printer :)

COPYRIGHT STATEMENT:All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Erin McKenzie and protected by Federal Copyright Law. According to federal copyright law, the author (photographer) shall own the exclusive right to make reproductions and edits. The photographer shall only make reproductions for the client or for portfolio use, samples, business promotion, entry in photographic contests, or editorial use. If the photographer desires to make any other use, the photographer shall not do so without first obtaining the written permission of the client. The client is obtaining prints or, with certain products, digital negatives with reprint rights, for personal use only. The client shall not sell said images or authorize reprint or reproduction rights by any party other than the named individuals printed on the digital release form that accompanies said images. If client chooses to use the image for publication , a credit to the author (photographer) must be given adjacent to the photograph as: ©Erin McKenzie 2012. This includes publishing through digital means as social networking, blogs and email. The client does not have the rights to edit or alter images as this will be breaching copyright.
