BigMisconception
My kid is growing, so they need morecarbohydrates in their diet to ensurethat they will grow tall and strong.
Excess carbohydrates become fats in the body. If it
is not ‘burn’ through exercising. This will lead to
weight increase and obesity.
-
EXERCISE REGULARLY
• Do outdoor exercises, play sports with your kids.
• Do indoor exercises (skipping, stairs climbing, sit-ups, side-steps)
WATCH WHAT YOU EAT• Eat more vegetables and fruits
• Maintain a healthy diet
• Avoid oily and junk food
• Eat what is required and not what your child desires

and fruitful learning experience for the pupils.

Ralph Waldo Emerson; “Sow a thought and reap
an action; sow an act and reap a habit; sow a
habit and reap a character; sow a character and
reap a destiny.”
The early years of a leaner’s
education have tremendous impact
on his/her adult life.
