When I was a young man entering this profession I like most of my colleagues thought that
making a statement with our design work was about leaving a signature building behind that would
outlast our time on this earth. As I grew through and in this wonderfully rich profession I came to realize
that our jobs as Architects is to be stewards of the resources of this earth as well as creating spaces that
people live work and play, Spaces that will outwardly and unwittingly contribute to a person health ,
safety and pursuit of happiness. To look back at a project and know that a building that my team created
will positively enrich and influence multiple generations of people is what I came to understand to be my
role. This is my calling as an Architect
As evidenced from the attached resume, over 30 years of comprehensive architectural project
management experience in New York, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and North Carolina including
owning and operating my own design /build practice for over twelve years has produced a seasoned
professional.
In my most recent projects ranging from 8MM to 70MM in construction costs while providing team
leadership and the cultivation and maintenance of client relations. My last large project was completing a
