Subj: INDEX OF NAVIGATION AND VESSEL INSPECTION CIRCULARS (NVIC)
1. PURPOSE. This Circular provides the current listing ofNVICs. NVICs are issued by Coast Guard Headquarters in the form of duplicated circulars. Their purpose is to inform the public of Coast Guard guidance, requirements or information regarding marine safety activities.
2. PERIODICALS AFFECTED. NVIC NO.0-99 is canceled.
3. DISCUSSION. Enclosure (1) lists those NVICs issued prior to the date of this NVIC and those canceled since NVIC 0-99. It shows the NVIC number, the Title of the NVIC and the NTIS stock number. Enclosure (2) is an alphabetical listing ofNVICs.
4. PROCEDURES.
