Technical Support Consultant 1990 - 1991Hudson, MA: Responsible for researching and writing a trouble shooting guide for Computer Integrated Manufacturing Technology (CIMT) Technical Support. This guide details maintenance and recovery procedures for the production related software that supports Digital's semiconductor manufacturing. Revised documentation for upgrade of WORKSTREAM software for version 5.0 to 5.1.

IBM / LOTUSSoftware Engineer 1989 - 1990Cambridge, MA: Developed Application Programmers Interface (API) for Lotus Notes groupware system. Also analyzed, organized, and presented training and documentation needs for Notes.
