The “Market Room” is named after the view of DC’s historic Eastern Market.

This room is enclosed by a sliding barn door next to our host stand and has a large bay window looking out to Eastern Market. This room is our only universally accessible room.

The “Old Bridge Room” is named after the Ponte Vecchio bridge in Florence, Italy, painted just outside the window.

This room is at the back of our main dining room and is enclosed by two sliding barn doors. Exposed brick walls and windows to both our kitchen and basil garden add rustic charm.

This room is on our second �oor and shares a hallway with our speakeasy and Tavalone room. Although this room is enclosed by french doors, wooden lattice work does allow some sound to travel.

Our speakeasy, accessed by a secret sliding wall

Harold Black is a unique and intimate space for standing cocktail receptions. Harold Black also has doors adjoining to the Tavalone room and a hallway to the Saletta Bianca room for larger groups who would like to book our entire upstairs.

Booking InformationTo book your event, email events@acquaal2dc.com with the following: • Date and Start Time • Event Name • Expected number of guests • Preferred room for the eventPlease feel free to reach out if you do not have all of these details but would like to discuss the options.

RESERVATIONSWe are glad to hold a room for three days with no contract. Our team will draft a contract for your private dining event laying out details such as price and room reservation time. Once issued, contracts must be approved and a credit card on fi le within 3 business days to guarantee a room. No deposit is required.

PRICINGAll food and beverage minimums are before tax and gratuity. If your group meets the food andbeverage minimum, there is no additional fee for reserving the private space. If the minimum is not met, the di� erence will be charged as a room fee. A 3% administrative fee will apply to all private events. We bill based on actual consumption, not at a hourly or per-person rate. This means you’ll be charged for the bottles of wine opened, food served, beers poured, etc.

COCKTAIL RECEPTIONSAll receptions are allotted a 90-minute reservation. If a party stays beyond their contracted end-time, and the room is available, a fee will be applied for every 15-minute interval.Receptions may be booked after 7pm with the corresponding dinner minimum.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY PRIVATE DINING RESERVATIONSThe Mercatino and Ponte Vecchio rooms are available from 5-7pm on Friday and Saturday evenings. If the party extends beyond 7pm, and the room is available for additional time, a fee will beapplied for every 15-minute interval. There are no standard time restrictions for dinners in the Saletta Bianca or Tavolone room on Friday and Saturday evenings.

CANCELLATION POLICYCancellations within 3-business days of the event incur a 30% charge of the event minimum to the credit card on � le. Cancellations after the event start time will have the full event minimum charged to the credit card on � le. Cancellations must always be provided in email.

RESTAURANT BUY-OUTThe entire top � oor and/or the entire restaurant are available for lunch and dinner events, with rates varying by date and time.

MENUWe are happy to work with you to craft a private dining menu that suits your guests style and budget. Menu selections must be � nalized 3 Mondays prior to your event. This allows the kitchen and bar time to prepare for your event. Selections submitted after this date may be subject to a limited menu.
