THE PATIO is our cozy outdoor oasis landscaped with a variety of plants and flowers, furnished with wooden tables and seating.   Our string lights add the perfect touch to any night time occasion.

THE GREATEST PLACE is our largest 3,800 sq. ft. vaulted bow-truss loft with exposed brick and Indian teak floors capable of hosting any type of event with up to 400 guests. Its ability to provide both natural and directed lighting makes this space incredibly unique, warm, welcoming and capable of transforming in many different ways. The Greatest Place offers a built-in 220 ft. stage with state-of-the-art audio, LED lighting, video projection from a 7,000-lumen projector and a retractable 16 ft. projection screen.

WANDERLUST CAFE is a full-service restaurant with an organic & local menu. The Cafe’ offers a fully staffed & equipped kitchen capable of serving top-notch catering for any event. Our in-house chef de cuisine will customize a menu around your requests. Options available for passed canapés or buffet style for 300 guests to 150-person sit-down dinners. In addition, Wanderlust offers unique off site catering menus.

SECOND FLOOR - THE GALLERY AND THE LAB Our second-floor adjoining spaces are perfect for smaller gatherings, breakout meetings or film shoots. Standing capacity of 45.

THE GALLERY is furnished with wall art, seven counter stools and a large countertop with glass windows overlooking our Cafe' and outdoor Patio. 

THE LAB is a program space for (lectures, meditation, yoga) with retractable pocket barn doors that allow the space to be closed for classes and open as a chill-out zone

THE HAVEN AND THE SUMMIT

THE HAVEN is our magical mid-sized yoga venue located on the third floor with large windows, lots of natural light and a great sound system. It is approximately 1,200 square feet with a standing capacity of 90 guests. It is only available for rentals after practice hours or in a full buyout of the entire center.

THE SUMMIT is our rooftop deck offering custom benches, pillows, outdoor string lights and sweeping views of the Hollywood area. With a capacity of 30 guests, it is ideal for a VIP breakouts or any small gathering.

Please note that ALL private rentals include The Greatest Place event space. Our additional spaces are a-la-carte add on’s and available upon request.   FULL VENUE TAKEOVERS ARE AVAILABLE AND ENCOURAGED FOR LARGE OR EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE RENTALS.

A U D I O R E I N F O R C E M E N T S Y S T E M This system includes all the components necessary for the day-to-day audio operation of the Main Studio. This includes the main speaker arrays, out-fill speakers, subwoofers, audio processing/control systems, wireless microphones and infrastructure including all necessary conductor, interface panels, back boxes, rigging, network components and equipment racks. Primary subsystems include:

Main Speaker Arrays: Two hangs of three each (six total) QSC KLA12 small format line array speakers.

Out-Fill Speakers: Two Renkus-Heinz CF81-2 self-powered point source speakers.

Wireless Microphone System: Two channels of Shure QLX-D wireless.

• 2x QLXD1 - Wireless Bodypack Transmitter

• 2x QLXD2/SM58 - Handheld Wireless Transmitter with SM58 Microphone Capsule

Infrastructure:

All necessary cables, conductor, connectors, adaptors, back boxes and equipment racks as needed for proposed design. The unit also has a 1/8” auxiliary stereo input for a wired connection.

Digital Console: Roland M200i EXP small format digital mixer/snake system.

The system includes the console, a 16GB iPad Air (which is the primary display for the console), and a snake head. The iPad is a powerful input device for the system, enabling the user to mix and operate wirelessly from anywhere in the room or docked to the control surface. The snake head has 16 inputs and eight outputs (which will be used for monitor mixes on stage) and interfaces to the console with a single cat6 cable (via interface panel on stage).

Stage Monitors: JBL PRX712 self powered two-way monitor speakers.

The on-board amp module features dynamic limiting which will protect the boxes from misuse. We are also include custom audio/power snake cables from Whirlwind which will simplify and clean up monitor deployment on stage.

Projector: One Panasonic PT-DZ770ULS DLP projector with lens. This is a 1080p DLP projector with 7000 lumens of output.

Motorized Front Projection Screen: One Da-Lite Tensioned Professional Electrol Projection Screen with an image area of 16’ wide by 9’ high (210” diagonal).

This motorized screen will be controlled by the wall switch or configured to deploy automatically when the projector is turned on.

Video Interface: One DXW-2 Wall Plate HDMI/VGA Transmitter and one DXE-CAT-RX3 Video Receiver.

This system allows the input of either HDMI or VGA input signals from the stage to be extended to the projector location over a single cat6 cable. The audio from these signals will be de-embedded from the HDMI (or input via 1/8” for VGA) at the projector location and then distributed to the audio processor.

Audio System:

The Small Studio space has many of the same operational requirements as the Main Studio. Utilize the existing speakers and add professional- grade control, amplification and wireless systems to complete this installation.

Control: Symetrix ARC-K1e wall panel for simple level control of this system’s two inputs. Pushing the rotary encoder will select between adjustment of the Wireless Microphone or Stereo Aux input.

The Cafe system includes an easy to use, zone-controllable, background music system. Integrate the existing ceiling speakers, and supplement them with the installation of two surface mounted indoor speakers and two marine grade outdoor speakers.

Indoor Speakers: Two QSC AD-S6T-WH 6” two-way surface mount speakers.

Outdoor Speakers: Two One Systems 106IM-W Marine grade direct weather speakers.

Audio DSP System:

One Symetrix Jupiter 4 Audio DSP / Control Processor to handle the input mixing and output processing functions.

PARKING

We require 1 Valet Attendant per 20 cars.

Each attendant is $30/hr for a minimum of 4 hours. Valets must arrive 45 minutes prior to start of event and remain for 45 minutes after the event ends.

We can accommodate up to 200 cars with additional lots nearby; additional fees will apply.

STAFF Wanderlust requires one of our expert site reps to be onsite during the entire rental period.

A cleaning fee will also apply to each event.

• PRIVATE RENTALS OF THE GREATEST PLACE INCLUDE: AC, electrical power, event lighting, state of the art sound, 220 sq. ft. stage, projector, 16 ft. screen, 400 chairs for theater-style seating, eight restrooms, two 6 ft. tables, two 8 ft. tables, black table linens, lockers, shower facilities, trash removal, trash cans, dumpsters. Rental rates begin at $4,000.

• Any services such as additional equipment rentals, professional wellness instructors, catering, beverages, service staff and bartenders, valet and parking are considered hard costs and are charged back to renter.
