The Boutique Camping brand was born from a love of camping in Bell Tents at festivals, so we understand how magical and enjoyable it can be. These camping experiences ultimately inspired us to do what we do today! The hire side of Boutique Camping was created to give everyone an opportunity to experience a piece of that magic without having to lift a finger! Hiring with us is hassle free and has been tailored to make sure you get a stylish, enjoyable and comfortable camping experience. Over the years we have dealt with a diverse range of events that we have placed into four categories:

Private Parties Weddings Corporate Hire Festivals Whether you’re having a wedding, a workshop or a major Boutique Camping area within your festival, we have the tents and the furnishings you’ll need. All the hard work will be done for you; we’ll come and set everything up the day before your event and come and pack everything away the day after. All you need to do is turn up and enjoy!

Private Parties At Boutique Camping we offer a personal service to all of our private events, whether it’s a child’s party, a 21st or a 100th birthday, we will work closely with you to make sure all your needs are catered for.

Weddings We love weddings! We understand how special this day is for everyone involved and are extremely experienced in providing beautiful mini glamping villages for guests, and a beautiful bridal suite for the happy couple. We can even manage all your guests’ bookings directly for you prior to the event.

Corporate Hire

Our corporate hire offers tents for an array of different uses, whether it is used as a workshop, a chill out area, photoshoot or for film and TV, we can set the tents up ready for your use.

Festivals

We offer both a dry hire service and a check-in/check-out service. The former is a service where we can set up the tents prior to your arrival and collect subsequent to the event. The check-in/check-out service is a VIP luxury camping experience, which is tailored to your requirements. With this we also offer a 24-hour manned service, security, chill out area and café.

The Tents We supply Bell Tents, a traditional 100% cotton canvas tent similar to a yurt or a tipi, with a very classic look. These have a zipped-in ground sheet which can be undone, and the sides can be rolled up to create a nice relaxation area or just enjoy the breeze on a hot day. We supply these in four sizes:

• 4m (13ft) – Sleeps 2/4 people

• 5m (16.5ft) – Sleeps 4/6 people

• 5m (16.5ft) – Chill out area for approx. 10-12

• 7m (22.9ft) – Chill out area for approx. 30

What We SupplyOur team is very flexible, and we cater to you, so if there is anything in particular you require, please let us know and we will endeavour to cater accordingly to your requirements. All of our tents come with the following as standard:

• Camp beds,

• Memory foam toppers,

• Coir entrance mat,

• Rugs,

• Tables,

• Exterior solar lights,

• LED lanterns,

• Cushions,

• Bunting,

• Signage (so that guests know which tent theirs is!) We also offer furnished Bell Tents specifically for wedding accommodation and chill out areas. For more information regarding these, please contact us.

Delivery Set Up & CollectionAs standard, we cover Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Dorset, Kent, Wiltshire and Oxford. We can travel further afield depending on the size of the booking – delivery charges may apply to bookings from our hire base in Hampshire. Set up and collection of the tents would usually be the day before and day after the event, but we are more than happy to work based on your preferences and venue restrictions.

Damage DepositWe do ask for a £100 deposit per tent (£200 for our 7m tents), which is refunded to you subsequent to your event, providing nothing is missing, ripped or broken.

Bell Tent Costs• 4m Guest Bell Tent - £216 for 2 nights hire

o (plus £100 refundable deposit)

• 5m Guest Bell Tent - £246 for 2 nights hire o (plus £100 refundable deposit)

• 5m Wedding Bell Tent - £315 for 2 nights hire o (plus £100 refundable deposit)

• 5m Chill Out Bell Tent - £286 for 2 nights hire o (plus £100 refundable deposit)

• 7m Chill Out Bell Tent - £536 for 2 nights hire o (plus £100 refundable deposit)

• Single bedding pack - £22.50

• Double bedding pack -£35

25% of the tent hire cost is taken on booking. The balance is due 28 days before your event and we will also invoice for the damage deposit at this time. Damage deposits will be returned by direct bank transfer within 48 hours of the tents being collected, subject to no damages. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, debit card payment, or by cheque.
