Two theorems on corruption

● The Central anti-corruption theorem: There always exists a green technology for the same cost as the corruption, defining a system of decentralisation and privatisation of the economy.

● The central automation theorem: There always exists a green technology solution of privatisation to replace any policy or policing and hence the privatisation, to end corruption.

Grid less and road less development

Unicopters

• A toyota prius uses a 49KW propulsion that can support at 240Watts/Kg a payload of more than 150Kgs in an unicopter.

• Single blade unicopters are more efficient than helicopters, gyros and helicopters in one.

• No speed limits with transit times in inter city travel much less than normal travel.

Green Buildings and runway less or shared runway condominiums.

● Retirement villages, a global economy and a world free of corruption, a land tenure that is non corrupt.

● Shared runway or runway less condominiums are the real winners. The privatised corruption free world is a reality.

Green roads too.
