GOLF CARTS, MOTORBIKES, BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDSPlease keep these items on paved roads only at a speed of 5 mph or less. To be courteous to other guests please do not aimlessly buzz campsites. Only licensed drivers may operate motorized vehicles within the resort.

ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS AND SCOOTERS ONLY; NO GAS POWERED GOLF CARTS, ATV OR GENERATORS ALLOWED ON THE PARK.

PETSWe are a pet friendly resort and happy to host your furry family members. Pets must be kept on leash and never left alone. Pets are not permitted within gated pool area, recreation building, marina store, or restaurant. Please clean up after your pet. We reserve the right to ban unruly pets of any breed.

QUIET HOURS10:00 pm CST – 8:00 am CST.

CONSERVATIONHelp us protect the beautiful nature surrounding Prizer Point! You can help by not cutting trees & bushes and not using riprag along the banks of the lake. Please only dump gray water at designated dump station or honey wagon. And use the recycle bins located throughout the resort to keep us all CLEAN AND GREEN. Thanks for protecting our natural resources.

SWIMMINGChildren 17 years and under in pool area must be accompanied by an adult. No lifeguard on duty. Food and beverages are not allowed in pool area due to local laws. For your safety there is also no swimming in area around the marina, gas docks, or boats.
