1. Organization.   This contest is organized by: DODGE - Delegação para a Organização Desportiva e Gestão de Eventos do Grupo Columbó�lo do Cartaxo (Delegation to the Organization and Management of Pigeon Breeder Sports Events Group of Cartaxo).2. Participants / Who can participate?   May only participate Pigeon Fanciers who are federated in a National or Foreign Federation. 3. Conditions and Cost of Registration:   • Will only participate in this contest, youngsters with 2017 ring.    • Substitute pigeons are only allowed under the following conditions:       - For each team of 10 pigeons it is permitted 2 extra pigeons.       - For each team of 5 pigeons it is permitted 1 extra pigeon.       - Substitute pigeons do not pay the registration fee and will be integrated in the team, competing for all prizes at stake.    • The registration fee is € 50 (Fifty Euros) per pigeon, allowing them access to the prizes listed.   • Enrollment will only be considered valid if enrollment fees are paid within 15 days subsequent to their registration. In case of cancellation this amount is not refundable.   • To make your enrollment please log on to our website and correctly �ll out the pre-application and submit. Date for reception of youngsters / Accommodation / Treatment / Means for delivery.    • Reception of youngsters takes place from 15 March to 25 April 2017 and should be accom-panied by their title deed, "Pedigree" with the address and telephone number of the pigeon fancier. • No youngsters will be accepted if not accompanied by the Title Deed and its Pedigree. • The means of transport or how the delivery will be made, will be arranged on occasion with the Organization, through our contacts: Ricardo Ferreira (00351) 96 39 10 795 • Youngsters for adduction should have age between 26 to 30 days and will be staying at the International Loft of Grupo Columbó�lo do Cartaxo, and its treatment, water supply and prepara-tion, is the responsibility of DODGE. 5. Adduction / Losses - Replacement. In case of death, disability or accident, the youngster may be replaced until Mai 01, 2017, at no additional cost. 6. Calendar and Transportation to Training and Event Day:    • The Calendar of Trainings and day of the event will be posted on the website. • Transportation to the sites of release (training and �nal) shall be made in the truck of Grupo Columbó�lo of Cartaxo. • All training and scheduled races, may be altered due to weather conditions, or other oblivious to the Organization. The Organization's decision is �nal.7. Calendar and Transportation to Training and Event Day:    • For clearance of Aces, all practices held over 100 kms count, inclusive, and the �nal race. The clearance will be done through the points system. • To win the Ace pigeon must attend the �nal race. • The pigeons that do not return in time for the �nal race will not be included in this competi-tion.

8. Final Contest.The �nal competition will be conducted on July 30 (Sunday), at a distance of + / - 380 kms (line in Montamarta - Spain) 9. Arrival / Derby - Auction. • After the end of the race, the auction of some youngsters will be able to proceed. • 1st to 3th place, the owner is entitled to 30% of its sale, after deducting the costs of the online auction. • 4st to 25th place, the owner is entitled to 40% of its sale, after deducting the costs of the online auction. 10. Awards ceremony.Prizes will be awarded to participants who are present at the DERBY and may also be settled by check or bank transfer.
