ART AND BREAST CANCER AWARENESS! Whether you are an artist, a seamstress, a crafter or just a

Pin-terest enthusiast, here is your chance to put your

creativeness into action for a great cause.

Join us in our effort to promote breast cancer awareness by

submitting your Art, Bra or Accessory. Your art could be photography, painting, printmaking, etc., with a touch of pink. An accessory could be a purse, a shoe, a piece of jewelry, etc. Your Creation can be in memory of someone who has been lost to breast cancer, to honor a breast cancer

survivor, or as a message of strength and hope to those brave women who battle this disease.

All Creations are a donation, and will be displayed at the Women's Only night on Saturday October 12th 7 -10 PM, where the creations will be auctioned during the night of “Art Awareness”. Come and bring

your lady friends. Tickets are $50 each and you must be 21 years of age to attend.

We hope that you can join the Pink Ladies in their Seventh Year of honoring National Breast Cancer Aware-ness Month with a ladies only party. Come celebrate an entertaining evening, as we admire and

auction Artful Creations for Breast Cancer, honor women, creativity, and continued progress in breast

cancer treatment.

For a tax deductible donation of $50, you will enjoy a girl’s night out with your friends, champagne cock-

tails, classy hors d'oeuvres, and art. Proceeds will be donated to Marshfield Clinic’s Patient Care Cancer

Fund which serves our area, including Birnamwood and Wittenberg. To date we have raised approximately

$90,450 together!!

Artwork Requirements:

Use your imagination………submit your creation covered with anything and everything from fabric, feath-

ers, fringe or painted as an original work of art. Each creation should be unique, somber or humorous --

and beautiful is always good. All items must be named and accompanied by an Artful Creation

information form. All items must be submitted in a displayable format---hook, padded hanger, frame, etc.

Only one submission per person.

Your Artful Creation may be mailed along with your entry form to:
