1. Prepare 2% gel by adding Stabileze® QM to water and heating to 80°C until it dissolves and forms gel.2. Add 18 g from gel Stabileze® QM and Neutralize with NaOH, 50%.3. Add Texapon N70, Surfadone® LP-100, Ceraphyl® 60 and dye solution (0.5%) in order.4. Dissolve the fragrance in the Polysorbate 80 and add to the mixture.5. Add Integra® 44.6. Add the ISP MicroCapsules™ and mixed sensitively.

Formulation instructions

1. Charge water into the vessel.2. Add caustic soda, followed by LABSA, stir until all neutralized.3. Add tetrapotassium pyrophosphate, Eltesol SX pellet and stir until dissolved.

1. Add calcium chloride to water then add Keltrol-T and mix at very high speed for 20 minutes until dissolved.2. Add sodium lauryl ether sulphate, Cocoamide DEA, Surfadone® LP-300, NaCl and dye solution (1%) and mix well.3. Dissolve Fragrance in Polysorbate 80 and add mix into the mixture.4. Add Integra® 44.5. 1. Add the Keltrol-T to the water at very high speed and mix 20 minutes until dissolves.2. Add the Genapol LA 050, sodium lauryl ether sulphate, Disponil LDBS 25, Easy-Wet™ 20, CaCl2 and NaCl into the mixture.3. Prepare a 0.5% solution with the dye and add in to the mixture.4. 1. Dissolve the Gantrez® S-97 BF into the water with mechanical mixing.2. Neutralize Gantrez® S-97 BF with TEA.3. Add PVP K-90 while mixing. Wait until it completely dissolves.4. 1. Prepare base powder with ingredients listed above in stage A.2. Mix base powder and Disintex™ 200 disintegrating agent in a V-mixer for 30 minutes.3. Press mixed powder at 11 tons pressure using dry compression to make 20 g tablets. (lab tabs were pressed using a Carver Automated Press at 387 psi and 1 sec. Dwell time) 4. Individual tabs were tested by submerging in 3 liters of DI water agitated at 700 rpm until complete dissolution enabled tab granules to pass through a metal gauze cage.

Carnauba wax, liquid paraffin and Cerasynt® 945 are heated to 80°C while mixing.4. These are mixed together at 80°C then mixed 3 minutes.5. Cool down formulation to room temperature while mixing.6. Premix Polysorbate & fragrance then add into formulation.7. Add Integra® 44 and citric acid to the formulation. Mix well.

Put sodium carbonate, IPA, NEP, sodium lauryl sulphate, surfadone® LP-100 and citric acid one by one, waiting each time for 3 minutes while mixing.5. Premix Polysorbate 80 & fragrance then add into formulation.6. Add Integra® 44.
