• Most common strains• Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus sp.
• Found in fermented foods• yogurt• kefir• miso • sauerkraut • tempeh• kombucha

• “food for good bacteria”
• Found in: • asparagus• onions• pistachios• barley• oats• legumes• + more
