PROBLEM!!!One of the pressing issues in workplaces including Rare is that employees are working on their butt from 5-10 hours sitting in front of a computer without taking time during working hours to even take short physical breaks

This is so, because they dont feel like they are supported by Rare to take break, they have a perception that dont have time,

And as a result, impacts badly productivity as well as mood

Bright spots tells us that taking breaks and exercise during work hours has mental and physical benefits

This campaign aims to encourage Staff in Rare to take two short physical breaks during working hours

Are willing to take two short-breaks during the work day but 20% or less are doing it!

And this triangulated with our qualitative survey percieve which is one of the pressing barriers
