Deliverables Deliverable is used in project management to describe a tangible or intangible object produced as a result of the project that is intended to be delivered to a customer (either internal or external) .

Tangible cost- Tangible cost can be measured eg H/W costs, salaries for employees, S/W cost.

Tangible benefits-Improved response time, producing error free outputs are all tangible benefits.

Intangible cost- Whose value can not be measured is referred as intangible costs. Eg the cost of break down of an online system during banking hours will cause the bank deposits.

Intangible benefits- More customer satisfaction, improved company status are all intangible benefits.
