Problems of FDI in Bangladesh

i. Political instability ii. Lack of communication and

transportation facilitiesiii. Frequent transfer of officeriv. Bureaucratic interference

v. Lack of skill man powervi. Low demand of produced goods in

the local market.

Political instability

• There is bad political impact on FDI in Bangladesh. When the political parties create intolerable environment, The foreign country can not invest in this country .

Lack of communication and transportation facilities

• The Lack of communication and transportation facilities are more in Bangladesh as a result the foreign investor can not establish their business .

Frequent transfer of officer

• The problem of Frequent transfer of the officers are seen more and more in Bangladesh .

Bureaucratic interference

• There are some Bureaucratic interference in Bangladesh . So the foreign country can not invest product or capital in Bangladesh.

Lack of skill man power

• Lack of skill man power is major problem in our country .When unskilled man power are appointed in the factory can not provide the expected result.

Low demand of produced goods in the local market.

• Most of the people our country are not able purchase goods or product when the price is highest. So the demand is low of produced goods in the local market.
