Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (FMIS) in his note to CCFs’ Council requested for creation of SPARK Cell exclusively for the department for giving online solutions and for settling issues in SPARK. Since Shri. Suresh Lai G, the present DMU (Department Management User) is due to retire from service within 4 years, creation of SPARK team in Kerala Forest Department necessitates. The Council discussed the matter, deliberated and decided to constitute a SPARK team comprising the following staff:
1) Shri. Suresh Lai G, Senior Clerk, Office of the APCCF(FMIS)2) Shri. Vipin KD, Senior Clerk, Office of the APCCF(Admn)3) Shri. Arun P.V, Clerk, Office of the APCCF(Admn)4) Shri. Sarath S, Clerk, Office of the CCF(BDC)5) Shri. Vishnu V. Purushothaman, Clerk, Office of the APCCF(FB&A)
Under the circumstances, the following orders are issued.
1) A SPARK team with the members as mentioned above has been constituted who will perform SPARK duties to facilitate rectification in respective circle offices and other offices coming under the jurisdiction of circle office detailed as follows:
a. Shri. Suresh Lal.G - (Existing DMU) - Forest Headquarters, Southern Circle and other offices under Circle jurisdiction. In addition, he shall liaise with SPARK office for solving the complicated issued of entire states and he shall coordinate the activities of other members.
