I t was now necessary to p lo t the pos i t ions of theIn tegra t ron , Giant Rock, and the Pyramid complex a tGiza, and demonstrate the geometric assoc ia t ions .George and I spent an afternoon in the township of YuccaValley , and eventual ly t racked down a government surveymap of the area which al lowed us to accura te ly p lo tthe necessary pos i t ions .. The outcome i s the accompany-ing sketch diagram o f the r e l a t ive pos i t ions of thes i t e s . The fol lowing in t r igu ing f ac t s emerged a f t e rsome hours s tudy, and work on an e l ec t ron ic ca l cu l a to r .l . WHAT'S GOING ONRead in the Nat ional Enquirer o f October 25, 1977,on page 52, about the 3,000 dams across the U.S. t h a t"are in ser ious t r oub le . "We were par t i cu l a r l y i n t e re s t ed in the Glen CanyonDam, as it i s with in the 300 mile d is tance we pr in tedabout in the October-November-December-1976 "Proceedings" , on page 15.Engineer John Hal l , who t e s t i f i e d before Congress ,sa id , " the Glen Canyon Dam was the wors t r i sk of a l lthe dams." We were going to be near the Glen Canyona rea , so we went over to check up on it.We found out the dam i s b u i l t in to the red sands tone walls and can be seen wel l from the br idge t h a tc rosses the canyon in f ron t o f it.We were dumbfounded to see how bad it i s l eaking onboth s ides with a t r i ck l e in the middle o f the facei t s e l f .The accommodating fede ra l agent was very he lp fu l .He opera tes the informat ion se rv ice in the governmentbu i ld ing , which se t s on an overhanging edge of the rimwhere any moderate ear thquake could dump it in to thecanyon 700 f ee t below. With a l l of the room aroundthe dam, I c o u l d n ' t conceive why anyone would put abu i ld ing on the rim of t ha t s o f t red sandstone. The water behind the dam, fills many smal l canyons5 to 10 miles long. San Juan River canyon i s f i l l edfo r about 60 miles . The main Colo r ado River canyon,

    THE BIEFIELD-BROWN EFFECT

    In 1923 Dr. Bief i e ld , professo r of phys ics andastronomy a t Dennison Univer s i ty , teamed up withTownsend Brown in bas ic e f fo r t s to understand and over-come grav i ty . At Dr. B i e f i e l d ' s suggest ion a number oft e s t s were performed to determine the e l e c t r i c a lr e l a t ion of grav i ty r e l a t ive to e l ec t r i ca l l y chargedob jec t s . Dr. Bief ie ld was a former classmate of Eins te inin Swi tzer land . The or ig ina l t e s t s conducted provedthe re was a tendency toward motion in a charged con-denser suspended from a th read . This observed motiono f a charged condenser has been labeled the Bief i e ld Brown Effec t . Brown poin ted ou t in 1923 t h a t t h i s t en dency of a charged condenser to move might grow in toa bas i ca l ly new method of propuls ion .

    In 1926 Townsend Brown descr ibed a "space car"using t h i s new pr inc ip l e . By 1928 he had b u i l t workingmodels of a boat propel led in t h i s manner. By 1938Brown had shown how h is condensers not only moved buthad i n t e re s t i ng e f fec t s on p lan t s and animals . TownsendBrown made a condenser shaped l ike a saucer t h a t f lewaround a maypole long before f ly ing saucers became anewspaper top ic in 1947.The saucers made by Brown had no prope l l e r s , noj e t s , no moving par t s a t a l l . They crea ted a modif ica-t ion of the grav i t a t i ona l f i e ld around themselves ,which i s analogous to put t ing them on the inc l ine of a" h i l l " . They acted l ike a surfboard on a wave. Thee l ec t ro -g rav i t a t i ona l saucer c rea t e s i t s own " h i l l " ,which i s a l oca l or i en t a t ion o f the f i e ld around it.Then it t akes i t s own " h i l l " with it in any di rec t ionand a t unl imited acce l e r a t ion . There are no i n e r t i a lforces as such ins ide the f i e ld . No t h rus t , or cen t r i

    fugal force r e su l t s on the load o r occupants withd i r ec t iona l changes.Brown's saucers required a highly charged leadingedge, the pos i t ive po la r i t y pole . Such a charged poleproduces an e l e c t r i c a l corona. This i s vis ib le indarkness . A f u l l sca le saucer w i l l produce a coronavis ib le fo r miles a t n igh t .
