Process Guide for Mass Mods A823 Acceptance and Decline Process

Purpose: This document includes the screens for the sequence of steps for the Mass Mods A823 Acceptance and Decline process.

1. ACCEPTANCE MODIFICATION PROCESS ● Mass Mods Login / Register page

● Click on Mass Mods Multi-Factor Authentication User Guide link, if need help with the new MFA Login.

● Click on Contractor Login button and enter email address and Password to sign in

● Click on Send me the code button to get the verification code

● Enter the Verification code from email and click on verify button

● After successful login, the list of Contracts available for modification to the user (Authorized Negotiator) will be displayed.

● Click on View Modification button for the Contract that you want to view. This will show the list of Modifications available for the contract (Mods In Progress) along with the Historical Modifications for the selected contract. Click on the Title link for the Mod.

● It will then navigate to About this Automated Process page. Click on Continue button to proceed.

● It will then navigate to Overview Page.

● There is also a link provided for FAR Case 2019-009 on Overview page to view more information on the clause.

● Click on Continue button on Overview page to proceed to Significance page. Click on Continue button to proceed.

● Click on the Continue button on Significance page. It will then navigate to FAQs Page. Click on the Continue button.

● Click on the links on the FAQs page to view more information on clause etc.

● Click on the Continue button on Significance page. It will then navigate to FAQs Page. Click on Continue button

● Click on the Continue button on FAQs page. It will then navigate to Sample SF30 where you can click on the Sample SF 30 to view the sample SF 30 document.

● Continue and fill up your information on the Authorization page to either Accept or Decline this modification.

● When clicked on “Accept this Modification” button. You will see Confirmation for Acceptance screen.

● The next time when you login you will see the Modification status as “Mod Completed/Approved” on the below screen.

● You will then receive the Final SF30 link in your email to view the Final SF30 for the modification that you Accepted.

2. DECLINE MODIFICATION PROCESS ● To Decline the modification, fill in your information on the Authorization screen

and click on “Decline this modification” button.

● It will show the Confirmation of Decline.

● The next time when you login you will see the Modification status as “Declined…” on the below screen.
