SENSORPLEX PVS

The Sensorplex Process Verification System (PVS) uses machine vision technology to perform two main functions:

1. To inspect the product at different stages of the production process.

2. To verify that the correct combination of individual components are selected for each product/SKU.

SENSORPLEX PVS . . . for all Applications

The PVS is comprised of different components to carry out the various functions.

Machine vision cameras are used to monitor, compare

and verify correct labels by Pattern Recognition of

templates stored in a PC Database system.

Using Brightness & Contrast Vision Tools, these vision

cameras are also able to monitor cap application and fill

height.

OCR vision cameras are used to monitor,

compare and verify printed text against data

entered manually by operators.

ID vision cameras are used to read, compare and verify

ID codes (1D or 2D) against data stored in a PC

database system.

HIGHLIGHTED ALARMS

- Any failures/alarms are highlighted with a flashing red light

- When a failure is detected, the product can be ejected or

the line stopped immediately

- If the line is stopped, a manual reset is required via the

Operator Interface

Outlines the events that occur while the PVS is

PASSWORD PROTECTED
